Способ изготовления набора теплогидроизолированных трубных переходов включает для каждого перехода выполнение перехода из имеющих разные диаметры патрубков рабочей трубы соединенных с переходной деталью, отдельно изготавливают гидроизоляцию в виде трубы-оболочки - тела вращения цилиндрической формы или оболочки составной формы, оцентровывают переход рабочих труб, монтируют провода системы оперативного дистанционного контроля и производят совмещение упомянутой гидроизоляции с переходом рабочих труб, герметизируют технологическими заглушками торцы гидроизоляции и осуществляют заливку слоя теплоизоляции, производят выдержку и удаление технологических заглушек.
