Abstract

Изобретение относится к области определения структуры биообъектов. Оно может быть использовано для изучения структуры поверхности малых биообъектов, таких как макромолекулы, и определения местоположения и типа молекулярных групп, расположенных на ней. Технической задачей предлагаемой группы изобретений является существенное уменьшение времени исследования поверхности малых биообъектов, при одновременном увеличении информативности такого исследования, состоящей в том, что не просто определяется местоположение какой-то молекулярной группы на поверхности, но и определяется, какая именно эта группа, её тип. Технический результат достигается за счёт того, что электронно-интерференционный способ определения местоположения и типа молекулярных групп на поверхности биообъектов предусматривает размещение исследуемого биообъекта на диэлектрической подложке в специально определенном для этого месте, после чего устройство закрывают и вакуумируют; затем производят охлаждение подложки, например, жидким газом с температурой в несколько десятков градусов Кельвина; после этого подают напряжения на фотокатод, охлаждающий и ускоряющий электроды, анод, сетку, микроканальную пластину и ПЗС матрицу (ПЗС - расшифровывается как прибор с зарядовой связью); далее, проверяют, есть ли сигнал на ПЗС матрице, если его нет, то наводят непрерывный лазер, излучение которого сфокусировано на фотокатоде; после этого на ПЗС матрице заведомо появляется сигнал, поступающий затем в память компьютера; после этого меняют напряжение на ускоряющем электроде, и передают уже новый сигнал с ПЗС матрицы в память компьютера, и повторяют несколько раз;The invention relates to the field of determining the structure of biological objects. It can be used to study the surface structure of small biological objects, such as macromolecules, and determine the location and type of molecular groups located on it. The technical task of the proposed group of inventions is a significant reduction in the time for studying the surface of small bioobjects, while simultaneously increasing the information content of such a study, which consists in not only determining the location of some molecular group on the surface, but also determining which particular group, its type. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the electron-interference method of determining the location and type of molecular groups on the surface of bioobjects provides for placing the studied bioobject on a dielectric substrate in a specially designated place for this, after which the device is closed and evacuated; then the substrate is cooled, for example, with a liquid gas with a temperature of several tens of degrees Kelvin; then voltage is applied to the photocathode, the cooling and accelerating electrodes, the anode, the grid, the microchannel plate and the CCD matrix (the CCD is decoded as a charge-coupled device); then, check if there is a signal on the CCD matrix, if it does not exist, then a continuous laser is induced, the radiation of which is focused on the photocathode; after that, a signal appears on the CCD matrix, which then enters the computer's memory; after that, the voltage on the accelerating electrode is changed, and a new signal from the CCD matrix is transferred to the computer memory, and repeated several times;
