Изобретение относится к теплоэлектроэнергетике, в частности к централизованному теплоснабжению и электроснабжению жилых, общественных и промышленных зданий и сооружений от тепловых электростанций. Технические результаты: повышение КПД и экологичности системы, полноты использования теплотворной способности топлива источником централизованного теплоснабжения, снижение стоимости эксплуатации системы. Система теплоэлектроснабжения вырабатывает доставляемые потребителям электрическую и тепловую энергию и выполнена с возможностью отвода в обогреваемые подсистемой теплоснабжения помещения тепловой энергии, утилизируемой на концевых охладителях.
