Abstract

Устройство для ориентированной подачи крышек на горлышки бутылок содержит загрузочную емкость и расположенный под ней вибробункер, на внутренней поверхности обечайки которого закреплен спиральный лоток с приспособлением для ориентирования крышек, а также отдельно расположенную течку для приема крышек от спирального лотка через воздушный зазор и накладывающую головку на выходе течки. Новым является то, что обечайка вибробункера выполнена в виде усеченной конусообразной, повернутой основанием верх формы, а спиральный лоток - в виде наклонной под углом α относительно горизонтальной плоскости в сторону обечайки грузонесущей пластины с учетом увеличения снизу вверх диаметров ее витков, возможностью исключения между ними многоярусных заторов и заклинивания крышек, обеспечения их устойчивого расположения; спиральный лоток снабжен на ее выходе трубчатым коленом с прямоугольным поперечным сечением, углом β поворота, плавными изгибами, возможностью свободного беспрепятственного перемещения крышек через его внутреннюю полость, обеспечения укороченной траектории их дальнейшего перемещения и необходимого пространственного фиксированного расположения, удобного для одевания на горлышки бутылок; приспособление для ориентирования крышек содержит последовательно расположенные на самом верхнем витке спирального лотка перед трубчатым коленом выталкиватель крышек выше нижнего яруса, сбрасыватель неправильно расположенных донышком вверх крышек на нижнем ярусе и прерыватель усиленного сцепления крышек в зоне размещения сбрасывателя; течка содержит вверху расширенный ловитель, при этом течка выполнена изA device for oriented feeding of caps on bottle necks contains a loading tank and a vibrating bunker located under it, on the inner surface of the shell of which a spiral tray is fixed with a device for orienting caps, as well as a separately located chute for receiving caps from a spiral tray through an air gap and an overlaying head at the outlet estrus.
