Способ предотвращения образования отложений сульфата кальция включает подачу в испарительную установку исходной воды, предварительно обработанной ингибитором отложений минеральных солей, в качестве которого используют аминполифосфоновые комплексоны, и смешение исходной воды с циркуляционной водой, причем из испарительной установки непрерывно отводят часть циркуляционной воды в количестве 3-60% от расхода исходной воды, которую затем дополнительно обрабатывают щелочным агентом (едкий натр, сода, известь, щелочные стоки) с последующим удалением образующегося кристаллического сульфата кальция и возвратом осветленной воды в испарительную установку, причем молярная концентрация щелочного агента составляет 0,02-0,3 от молярной концентрации сульфата кальция в исходной воде. Кроме того, совместно с обработкой щелочным агентом отведенную часть циркуляционной воды обрабатывают ортофосфатом, например тринатрийфосфатом, концентрация которого составляет 0,1-5 от концентрации ингибитора. Технический результат - повышение степени глубокого упаривания природных и сточных вод до кратности упаривания 50 и более раз при заданной продувке и сохранении высокой производительности испарительной установки и качества дистиллята.The invention relates to the field of water treatment and wastewater treatment and can be used to prevent deposits during thermal desalination of water, desalination or evaporation of wastewater. In addition, together with the treatment with an alkaline agent, the withdrawn part of the circulating water is treated with orthophosphate, for example, trisodium phosphate, the concentration of which is 0.1-5 of the inhibitor concentration. The technical result is an increase in the degree of deep evaporation of natural and wastewater to the multiplicity of evaporation 50 or more times with a given purge and maintaining high performance of the evaporator and the quality of distillate.
