Заявляемое техническое решение относится к области судостроения и может быть применено при испытаниях на прочность и герметичность иллюминаторов для подводных аппаратов (ПА) с малыми объемами. Присоединительная камера предназначена для испытания на повышенное наружное давление иллюминаторов (1) ПА, помещенных в цилиндрический корпус (вварыш) (2), имеющий опорный фланец (11). Корпус камеры (4), по крайней мере частично, выполнен в виде шаровой поверхности и имеет стыковочный фланец (9) с внутренним кольцевым буртом (10), выполненным с возможностью охвата иллюминатора (1). Устройство прижима (14) корпуса (4) к вварышу (2) выполнено в виде бандажного кольца (15) с секционированной кольцевой вставкой (16) внутри него, контактные поверхности которых выполнены в виде поверхности усеченного конуса. Кольцевая вставка (16) выполнена с кольцевым пазом для охвата одновременно опорного (11) и стыковочного (9) фланцев. Затяжка кольца (15) прижимными болтами (17) обеспечивает его неразрывное сопряжение с кольцевой вставкой (16) и плотный обжим шарообразного корпуса камеры (4) через уплотнение. Рабочая среда подается внутрь корпуса (4) от внешнего источника давления. Устройство сокращает время проведения испытаний, увеличивает их надежность и может быть применено непосредственно в ходе эксплуатации ПА.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2005.08.25.The claimed technical solution relates to the field of shipbuilding and can be applied when testing the strength and tightness of windows for underwater vehicles (PA) with small volumes. The connecting chamber is designed for testing for increased external pressure of windows (1) PA, placed in a cylindrical body (weld) (2), having a support flange (11). The camera body (4), at least partially, is made in the form of a spherical surface and has a connecting flange (9) with an internal annular shoulder (10), made with the possibility of covering the window (1). The clamping device (14) of the housing (4) to the weld (2) is made in the form of a retaining ring (15) with a sectioned annular insert (16) inside it, the contact surfaces of which are made in the form of a truncated cone surface. The annular insert (16) is made with an annular groove to simultaneously cover the support (11) and docking (9) flanges. The tightening of the ring (15) with clamping bolts (17) ensures its unbreakable coupling with the ring insert (16) and tightly crimping the spherical body of the chamber (4) through a seal. The working medium is fed into the body (4) from an external pressure source. The device reduces the time of testing, increases their reliability and can be applied directly during the operation of PA. The international search report was published 2005.08.25.
