Abstract
Описан способ ультрафильтрации, использующий спирально закрученный мембранный фильтр, при котором давление в пространстве между фильтрующим элементом и корпусом высокого давления выше или равно давлению внутри фильтрующего элемента. При использовании таких условий статическая сила, образованная давлением, создает высокое трение между разными листами в спирально закрученном фильтрующем элементе, которое эффективно предотвращает разматывание или телескопичность фильтрующего элемента. Используя эту конфигурацию, можно осуществлять ультрафильтрацию, применяя более высокую разность давлений по сечению фильтрующего элемента, чем это было бы возможным в других конфигурациях, что приводит к более высокой эффективности и низким затратам энергии. Кроме того, описаны антителескопическое устройство (АТУ) и спирально закрученный фильтрующий элемент, которые особенно подходят для заявленного способа.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
