Изобретение относится к медицине. Предлагается способ и устройство для СВЧ-излучения нетеплового воздействия в диапазоне 0,01-18 ГГц. Устройство содержит СВЧ-генераторы, устройства управления, устройство для задания режимов и антенны. Установлены диапазоны частот, выбор диапазонов и частот внутри диапазонов, резонансных по отношению к квантовым переходам химических связей между биополимерами в новообразованиях, клетках, вирусах и бактериях. За счет воздействия этих частот на объект происходит разрушение этих связей, что в дальнейшем приводит к разрушению патологических клеток, вирусов, бактерий. Способ обеспечивает существенное повышение эффективности дистанционной гамматерапии, химиотерапии, оперативного лечения, при контролируемой стимуляции иммунной системы. Полная регрессия новообразований достигается при СОД 20-40 Гр. Клетки опухоли становятся более чувствительными к лучевой и химиотерапии, при этом ослабляется их токсическое действие на организм. Заживление послелучевых язв, ран, значительно ускоряется. Расслаивание атеросклеротических бляшек нормализует работу сердечно-сосудистой системы.
