Abstract

Изобретение относится к обработке органических осадков сточных вод и может применяться как органо-минеральное удобрение для обогащения обедненных почв и рекультивации земель. Способ включает в себя смешивание сырого органического осадка с избыточным активным илом при соотношении от 1:1 до 1:3, кавитационную обработку смеси, производимую в течении 9-12 ч с числом циркуляционных циклов 3-10, при числе кавитации 0,01-0,05 совмещаемую с аэробной стабилизацией и эжекционной аэрацией при циркуляции в присутствии надиловой воды, добавляемой в смесь сырого осадка с избыточным активным илом в количестве 1/3 ее объема, уплотнение, выгрузку обработанной смеси из нижней уплотненной части в количестве 1/3 объема обработанной смеси. Способ является экономичным, обладает способностью обезвреживать патогенную микрофлору, обеспечивает перевод биогенных веществ из надиловой воды в твердую фазу в качестве полезных компонентов, получаемых при переработке смеси в органо-минеральное удобрение, и доведение солей тяжелых металлов в твердой фазе смеси до безопасного природного состояния без применения дополнительных реагентов.The invention relates to the treatment of organic sewage sludge and can be used as organic-mineral fertilizer for enrichment of depleted soils and land reclamation. The method is economical, has the ability to neutralize pathogenic microflora, provides for the transfer of nutrients from high-quality water to the solid phase as useful components obtained by processing the mixture into organic-mineral fertilizer, and bringing heavy metal salts in the solid phase of the mixture to a safe natural state without using additional reagents.
