Abstract
Usage: the invention relates to ocular prosthetics, in particular to the manufacture of an iris-pupil complex for an eye prosthesis. Objective: the proposed invention is aimed at improving the quality of the eye prosthesis by approaching the complex iris-pupil to the natural look. For an atrophied cosmetically imperfect eye, a thin-walled version of the complex is offered. Essence: the first variant of the iris-pupil complex is made by pressing a two-color two-layer blank disk of the required diameter, then turning the pupil cylinder 1 from the black layer of the blank, then turning it with a shaped cutter in a colorless layer of the blank disk of a toroidal groove from the cylinder pupil to the edge of the disk forming the back surface 3 of the complex, on which an iris pattern is applied, the subsequent spinning on the sphere turning machine of the front spherical surface 2 of the complex, leaving yay with a side 4 with a chamfer. As a result, we obtain the construction of a complex, which is used for the manufacture of an ocular prosthesis by known methods, for example, using a plaster mold. The second variant of the iris-pupil complex for a thin-walled eye prosthesis is made by pressing the pre-treated concave side of a transparent blank disc with a black plastic layer, then turning on a spherical-turning machine from the black layer of a concave spherical surface with the formation of a black pupil disc 1 of the required diameter and thickness subsequent grinding on the opposite side of the workpiece anterior spherical surface 2 of the complex, leaving at
