Abstract

Создана возможность определять наличие и скорость коррозии в секции насосно-компрессорной трубы или обсадной колонны скважины и осуществлять ее мониторинг на непрерывной или регулярной основе путем установки на заранее определенные контрольные точки колонны по мере ее опускания в ствол скважины секций трубы, снабженных массивами пьезоэлектрических датчиков, расположенных вокруг поверхности трубы, и микропроцессором, контролирующим сигналы, посылаемые на и поступающие от каждого массива датчиков, а также сигналы, посылаемые на и поступающие от средств управления и контрольно-измерительных приборов, расположенных на поверхности земли. Устройство также может включать элемент сравнения, изолированный от источников коррозии и снабженный датчиками, соединенными с микропроцессором соседнего массива датчиков. Микропроцессоры, расположенные на различных контрольных точках колонны, электрически соединены с поверхностным средством управления и контрольно-измерительными приборами с помощью электрических кабелей и/или с использованием беспроводных средств соединения, где в качестве проводника электрических сигналов служит колонна труб.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
