Abstract
Изобретение относится к области первичной перегонки нефти и может быть использовано для разделения нефти на установках АВТ. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в способе получения нефтяных фракций в колонне отбензинивания и основной ректификационной колонне с получением в колонне отбензинивания бензиновой фракции, а в основной колонне всех или части нефтяных фракций бензиновой, керосиновой, дизельной и мазута, согласно изобретению, наверху основной колонны и в ее емкости орошения поддерживается вакуум с помощью вакуумсоздающей системы. Предпочтительно, чтобы в кубе основной колонны поддерживалось давление, близкое к атмосферному для нормальной работы насосов, откачивающих кубовый продукт, при этом в колонне отбензинивания необходимо поддерживать такой отбор бензина и четкость разделения фракций, который обеспечивает максимально возможную степень конденсации паров бензина и воды в холодильнике и емкости орошения основной колонны. Кроме того, предпочтительно выводить из основной колонны всю дизельную фракцию одним потоком. Промышленная применимость изобретения обеспечена тем, что снижение давления наверху основной колонны (приблизительно в три раза по сравнению с существующими способами) приводит к увеличению доли отгона в сечении питания основной колонны и к увеличению относительной летучести разделяемых продуктов, а также к увеличению внутреннего флегмового числа. В результате резко улучшается четкость разделения, что позволяет существенно увеличить отбор наиболее ценных "светлых" нефтепродуктов, с характеристиками, соответствующими, предъявляемыми к таким продуктам товарным нормам.The invention relates to the field of primary distillation of oil and can be used for the separation of oil in installations AVT. Preferably, in the bottom of the main column, pressure is maintained close to atmospheric for normal operation of pumps evacuating the bottom product, while in the topping column it is necessary to maintain such gasoline selection and clarity of separation of fractions that provides the highest possible degree of condensation of gasoline and water in the refrigerator and main column irrigation tanks. In addition, it is preferable to remove the entire diesel fraction from the main column in a single stream. Industrial applicability of the invention is ensured by the fact that a decrease in pressure at the top of the main column (approximately three times compared to existing methods) leads to an increase in the proportion of distillate in the feed section of the main column and to an increase in the relative volatility of the separated products, as well as an increase in the internal reflux ratio. As a result, the clarity of separation improves dramatically, which allows a substantial increase in the selection of the most valuable "light" petroleum products, with characteristics corresponding to the product standards for such products.
