Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to multi-layer disposable sanitary and hygienic products with an absorbent layer containing a urine bag with two compartments for collecting urine for analysis in children under two years of age, including infants, as well as children and adults who need constant use diaper due to objective reasons. The objective of the present invention is to expand the range of children's diapers by developing a children's diaper containing a urinal designed for collecting urine for analysis in children under two years of age, including infants, as well as children and adults who need to constantly use a diaper for objective reasons, with the presence of barriers to prevent urine from leaking out of the urine collection bag

Modern diapers consist of three layers:

the inner layer is responsible for direct contact with the baby’s skin and ensures instant absorption of moisture, as well as its transmission in only one direction. The inner layer performs the same tasks as any other tab, but much more efficiently;

The middle layer is an absorbent that absorbs moisture and turns it into gel. The resulting gel does not pass through the material to the outside;

outer layer - made of polymer synthetic fabric, which protects clothes from getting wet and also maintains the constant shape of the diaper.

The composition of the diaper proposed by the applicant differs in that between the inner and outer layers, namely in the crotch part of the diaper, in the inner part there is a urinal, the inlet of which is attached to the inner layer. The proposed urinal is designed for collecting urine for the purpose of analysis.

Today, to collect urine for analysis from boys and girls of infant age, children's urinals are used, containing a urine bag, which is a flexible film bag with a side inlet; on the outside of the urinary bag, around its side inlet, an element for fixing the urinal to the child's body is attached. A disposable diaper must be worn over the urine bag attached to the child's body for more convenient use.

Also known is a children's diaper, adopted as a prototype, containing an inner layer permeable to liquid, an outer layer impermeable to liquid, and an absorbent layer located between them in the crotch part of the diaper, as well as barrier elements and fastening elements (RU patent No. 141262) .

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to use it in conjunction with a urinal for collecting urine for analysis in children under two years of age, including infants.

This is because when a diaper is put on top of the urine bag attached to the baby's body, the surface of the inner layer of the diaper compresses the surface of the filled flexible film bag, causing the urine bag to detach from the baby's body and urine flows out of the bag.

The objective of the present invention is to expand the range of baby diapers by developing a new baby diaper with a urine bag and barriers to prevent leakage of urine from the urine bag used to collect urine for analysis in children under two years of age, including infants, as well as children and adults who need constant use of a diaper due to objective reasons. In addition, when collecting urine, it is divided into primary and middle portions, this is due to the fact that the middle portion is used for analysis.
