Abstract

A wrapped container of consumer goods, comprising a container for housing consumer goods enclosed by a wrapper with a tear tape, a label positioned between the container and the wrapper, the label and the tear tape arranged such that actuation of the tear tape to open the wrapper causes the label to become severed, wherein at least a portion of the tear tape is at an angle with the longitudinal axis of the container and with a transverse axis of the container.
