Abstract

The invention relates to hunting accessories, in particular to feather game luring devices. The invention is intended to improve mechanical strength of a dummy lure which is capable of folding due to the composite design of the claimed device, including a framework (1) with a vertical bar (2) and a horizontal bar (3), a post (8) and a removable sheath. The framework (1) made predominantly from zinc-coated wire simulates a goose body with a head and neck. The horizontal bar (3) of the framework (1) is hinged (5) to at least one frame (4). The frame (4) can be turned up or down when the structure is folded, and at right angle to the post (8) to maintain the volume and to simulate the bird body. The post (8) is made in the form of a bar with a handle (7) and an opening (6) for inserting the vertical bar (2) of the framework (1). The removable sheath (10) is furnished with a loop (9) which is put on the handle (7) of the post (8) to ensure realistic shaking in the wind and to prevent rotation of the dummy lure about its axis.

Description

The invention relates to hunting devices, in particular to means for luring game birds.

Known analogue - a dummy bait in the form of a bird in the description of the utility model to patent No. 177283 dated 02.14.2017, IPC A01M 31/06, publ. 02/15/2018, containing a crushable hollow body with a head and neck, made of a foamed elastic polymer that imitates the shape and color of a bird and is mounted on a fixed post, characterized in that this post is connected to the body through an intermediate inflatable element placed inside this body, and the inflatable element itself consists of a frame pipe with throttling holes in its wall, an elastic inflatable shell and a holder with a blind hole, the upper end of the pipe being plugged with a stopper and enters the hole located in the upper part of the dummy body, and the lower end of the pipe is plugged by the holder and passes through through the hole in the lower part of the dummy body, while the stand is a flexible cylindrical axis with a rotation limiter and a sharpness in its lower part, on which a support heel with holes for installing a removable pin is rigidly fixed from the sharpening side, and the upper part of the stand is inserted with a small clearance into the blind hole of the holder, which has transverse grooves for the rotation limiter, a drainage hole is made in the rear part of the hollow body, and the transverse grooves of the holder are made at an angle of 90 ° and have different widths, the width of the smaller groove being equal to the thickness of the rotation limiter located on the rack, and the width of the larger groove with a limiter rotation, the backlash, which makes it possible to rotate the dummy around the rack at an angle of not more than 80 °, and the elastic inflatable shell is quick-detachable and hermetically attached to the frame tube in its upper and lower parts.

However, this design has insufficiently high mechanical strength of the body of the dummy bait. The body, made of foamed elastic polymer, can be easily damaged by sharp objects; in the future, such a rupture from minor damage can disrupt the integrity of the body of the dummy bait as a whole.

The closest is a dummy bait in the form of a bird in the description of the utility model to patent No. 141827 dated 07.30.2013, IPC A01M 31/06, publ. 06/20/2014, containing a crumpled dummy of a bird, including a head with a neck, equipped with a stand, which is connected to a body made of foamed elastic polymer, covered with a removable shell, which is sewn from a synthetic fabric with a printed photograph of a bird, through an elastic holder contained in the body.

The disadvantage is the insufficiently high mechanical strength of the dummy bait. The body, made of a foamed elastic polymer, can be easily damaged with sharp objects; in the future, such a rupture from minor damage can disrupt the integrity of the body of the dummy as a whole.

The technical result is to increase the mechanical strength of the dummy bait with the possibility of folding it.

The technical result is achieved in that the proposed dummy bait, imitating the body of a bird with a head, neck, equipped with a removable stand for installation in the ground and a removable sheath made of synthetic fabric with a printed photographic image of the bird, differs in that the body of the bird is made in the form of a frame with a vertical and horizontal rod, the horizontal rod is pivotally connected to at least one frame, the post is made of a rod with a hole and a handle, and the removable shell is provided with an eyelet for attaching to the handle of the post.

Comparative analysis of the proposed solution with analogues allows us to conclude that the claimed invention differs from known analogues by a set of essential distinctive features, the invention meets the conditions of patentability: it is new, industrially applicable, has an inventive step. Comparison of the proposed technical solution with other technical solutions shows that it meets the criterion of significant differences, since the introduction of new features leads to the manifestation of a new property in the device - an increase in the mechanical strength of the dummy bait with the possibility of folding.

The claimed device is made in the form of a combined structure, consisting of a frame 1 with two vertical rods, to which the vertical 2 and horizontal 3 rods are additionally rigidly attached. The vertical rod 2 of the frame 1 is inserted into the hole 6 of the post 8. The frame 4 is pivotally connected 5 to the horizontal rod 3 of the frame 1.

The frame 4 is made with the possibility of turning up or down when folding the structure and perpendicular to the post 8, providing volume and simulating the body of a bird. The stand 8 is made in the form of a rod with a handle 7 and a hole 6 for placing a vertical rod 2 of the frame 1. The claimed device can be folded for transportation and storage and unfolded to lure cautious game to a closer distance.

To make the dummy bait the most realistic, the removable shell 10 is applied

A cutout is made in the lower part of the removable shell for putting it on the frame. The removable shell 10 is equipped with a loop 9, which is thrown over the handle 7 of the rack 8 to provide realistic swinging in the wind, preventing the dummy bait from turning around its axis.

When folded, the dummy bait has a flat appearance and does not exceed 1.5 cm.

Device operation

For hunting and luring wild birds, it is necessary to rotate the frame 4 of the frame perpendicular to the rack 8, providing volume and imitating the body of the bird. Then set the post 8 into the ground. To install the dummy bait on the rack 8 and ensure its correct operation to lure the bird, insert the vertical rod of the frame 1 into the hole 6 of the rack 8, put the loop 9 of the removable shell on the handle 7 of the rack 8 to ensure realistic swaying in the wind and prevent the dummy bait from turning around its axis.

For transportation and storage of the dummy after hunting, remove the loop 9 of the removable shell 10 from the handle 7, take out the vertical rod 2 of the frame 1 from the hole 6 of the rack 8. Turn the frame 4 up or down to fold the structure and put it in the package. When folded, the dummy bait has a flat appearance and does not exceed 1.5 cm.

The use of the proposed device will increase the mechanical strength of the dummy bait with the possibility of folding it.
