Abstract
Установки термической конверсии и/или каталитические установки, которые могут находиться в производственном цикле нефтеперерабатывающего завода, предназначенные для использования кубового остатка, который в противном случае предназначен для получения битума или топливных нефтепродуктов (как известно, являющихся продуктами с низкой коммерческой ценностью), с тем чтобы преобразовать эти продукты, в частности, в более легкие продукты большей ценности. Такое превращение позволяет получить значительные количества продуктов дистилляции, таких как газ, легкий бензин, керосин и дизельное топливо. Процесс превращения осуществляется таким образом, чтобы максимизировать выход продуктов дистилляции, тем самым снижая общий выход тяжелых остатков. Корректировка рабочих параметров вышеописанных установок с целью максимизации выхода светлых продуктов и управления установок в условиях контроля загрязнения осуществляется с помощью способов измерения содержания агрегированных асфальтенов и частиц углерода, суспендированных в получаемом кубовом остатке. Изобретение предлагает улучшенный способ определения способности кубовой жидкости к формированию загрязнений в определенных условиях установок, что в итоге позволяет получить более высокий выход легких дистиллятов, улучшить контроль загрязнений, возникающих в установке, и, следовательно, снизить соответствующее потребление энергии. Кроме того, новый способ, описанный в настоящем документе, позволяет определять склонность к загрязнению в режиме он-лайн, поскольку анализируемый образец не требует какой-либо обработки.
