Abstract
Изобретение относится к композитной подошве утюга, покрытой с помощью золь-гель процесса продуктами гидролиза и конденсации силанов с предшественником на основе металла. Выбранные силаны являются MTEOS и TEOS, которые обеспечивают улучшенные и оптимизированные покрытия для подошв утюгов с предшественником на основе металла. Также настоящее изобретение относится к новому способу получения подошв утюгов, содержащих это покрытие, а также к утюгу, имеющему такую подошву. Композиция для покрытия, после нанесения на подошву утюга, обеспечивает лучшие характеристики поверхности с точки зрения низкого коэффициента трения, стойкости к истиранию, предотвращения лоснения и легкости очистки за счет химической стойкости и ровности.
