Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método de pavimentación de caminos o senderos de bajo tráfico con una losa de pavimentación vertida in situ y con un ancho Dx menor al menor valor entre D1 y D2. D1 es la distancia libre entre las ruedas delanteras de un camión de carga o patrón, y D2 es la distancia que separa las ruedas en el tren de ruedas traseras. El largo de losa Lx es menor al valor del largo L de la distancia libre entre el eje delantero y el primer eje trasero del tren de ruedas del camión de carga patrón, tal que las dimensiones Dx y Lx permiten que siempre una sola rueda, o bien, un sólo tren de ruedas del camión patrón esté apoyado sobre y tocando la losa. El método comprende los pasos de: disponer de un camino para pavimentar sin carpeta de rodado de asfalto o de hormigón, o sin sendero para pavimentar, ambos de bajo tráfico; nivelar y homogeneizar el camino o sendero para la pavimentación; determinar el ancho y largo de la losa, y establecer su espesor según la cantidad y carga de tráfico, la capacidad de soporte del terreno natural, la resistencia del hormigón, su resistencia residual y el clima, tal que el espesor sea de 5 a 15 cm; determinar la dosis de fibra para una resistencia residual necesaria de diseño del 10% a 50% de la resistencia máxima del hormigón, preparar la mezcla de hormigón y fibras, seleccionadas desde acero, vidrio, polipropileno, carbono u otra fibra estructural para hormigón. Adicionalmente, comprende verter la mezcla de hormigón con fibra directamente, sobre el camino o sendero a pavimentar, en un tamaño de un paño de pavimentación dimensionado, o verter la mezcla de hormigón con fibra directamente sobre el camino o sendero a pavimentar. También se proporciona una losa de hormigón para pavimentar caminos o senderos de bajo tráfico, y un método para fabricar dicha losa.
