Frembringelsens anvendelsesområde.Scope of production.
Denne frembringelse angår en nåle-/retningsventil som fortrinsvis arbejder med rent vand eller vandbaserede væsker som drivmiddel i trykområdet 0-150 bar med max. flow på 10 l/min. Olie og luft kan også anvendes, størst flow opnås med den laveste viskositet. Alle dele i ventilen er ikke korroderende og huset/blokken er fremstillet i rustfrit stål. Dens formål er til brug i hydrauliske og pneumatiske anlæg for at starte, stoppe og skifte retning på bevægelser. Frembringelsen kan udføres i typerne 4/3, 3/3 og 2/2 vejs alt efter ønske, såvel én type i én blok eller kombineret med andre typer i en fælles blok. For at imødekomme især fødevarebranchens stigende krav til ventiler, som opfylder de veterinære krav og til en acceptabel pris, er frem bringeisen meget enkel i sin opbygning og udformning.This provision relates to a needle / directional valve which preferably works with pure water or water-based fluids as a propellant in the pressure range of 0-150 bar with max. flow of 10 l / min. Blokken (2) er forsynet med det antal boringer til ventilsæder (7) som er nødvendige for de antal ønskede funktioner. Hver funktion har sit ventilsæde (7) og sin nåleventil (6) som presses ned i ventilsædet (7) af fjedren (8). På langs af blokken (2) er boret kanaler (9, 10, 11 og 12) som forbinder de enkelte ventilsæder til henholdsvis ind- og afgang. På undersiden af blokken (2) er påskruet et kanalhus (3) . Kanalhuset er forsynet med boringer til tilslutning A - B og C - C til de ønskede udtag for motorer og cylindre.The block (2) is provided with the number of holes for valve seats (7) necessary for the number of functions desired.
