Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til trådløs kommunikation mellem et fartøj (1) i bevægelse og fjerntliggende servere, gennem mindst ét eksternt mobilnet (4a, 4b, 4c), hvor mindst én router (2), der er forsynet i fartøjet i bevægelse, er indrettet til at modtage og sende trådløs data til og fra en aggregeringsserver, ved anvendelse af aggregeret kommunikation over mindst to separate forbindelser, og mindst én øvrig stationær kommunikationsserver, ved anvendelse af ikke-aggregeret kommunikation over en enkel forbindelse, og routeren er yderligere tilgængelig for en flerhed af klient apparater (6), som er ombord på fartøjet i bevægelse, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at forsyne mindst én selektionsregel i routeren, til at selektere hvorvidt aggregeret eller ikke-aggregeret kommunikation skal anvendes; at fastlægge, ved en anmodning fra et klient apparat til at kommunikere med én af de fjerntliggende servere, hvorvidt én af den mindst ene regel er gældende; og at selektere at anvende aggregeret kommunikation ved hjælp af aggregeringsserveren eller ikke-aggregeret kommunikation ved hjælp af mindst én øvrig kommunikationsserver til kommunikation baseret på fastlæggelsen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindst ene selektionsregel omfatter en dynamisk tilpasning til aktuel belastning på aggregeringsserveren.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor belastningen på aggregeringsserveren er estimeret baseret på information, der er modtaget ved direkte kommunikation med aggregeringsserveren eller indirekte, baseret på routerkonfigurationer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor den mindst ene selektionsregel omfatter, at fastlægge hvorvidt den anmodede resurse involverer en HTTP kommunikation, og hvis det er tilfældet, at tildele ikke-aggregeret kommunikation til denne kommunikation.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor den mindst ene selektionsregel omfatter, at fastlægge hvorvidt den anmodede resurse involverer en TCP kommunikation over en destinationsport af 80, og hvis det er tilfældet, at tildele ikke-aggregeret kommunikation til denne kommunikation.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor den mindst ene selektionsregel omfatter, at fastlægge hvorvidt den anmodede resurse involverer en VPN kommunikation, og hvis det er tilfældet, at tildele aggregeret kommunikation til denne kommunikation.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor den mindst ene selektionsregel omfatter, at fastlægge datastrømstypen relateret til den anmodede resurse, og tildele aggregeret kommunikation til datastrømstyper af forudbestemte datastrømstyper.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor de forudbestemte datastrømstyper er mindst én af Voice over IP (VoIP) og VPN.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor datastrømstyper er fastlagt baseret på Deep Packet Inspection (DPI).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor routeren er indrettet til at modtage og sende trådløs data til og fra mindst to stationære kommunikationsservere ved anvendelse af ikke-aggregeret information, hver over en enkel forbindelse, og hvor ikke-aggregeret kommunikation er tildelt til de stationære kommunikationsserverforbindelser baseret på en Round-Robin protokol.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor når det er fastlagt at der er en høj belastning på aggregeringsserveren, så er kommunikation, som normalt er tildelt til aggregeret kommunikation, istedet tildelt til ikke-aggregeret kommunikation.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor routeren er indrettet til at modtage og sende trådløs data til og fra mindst to stationære kommunikationsservere ved anvendelse af ikke-aggregeret kommunikation, hver over en enkel forbindelse, og hvor kommunikation, som normalt er tildelt til aggregeret kommunikation, er tildelt til de ikke-aggregerede kommunikationsforbindelser, som har de bedste karakteristika.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de ovenstående krav, hvor fartøjet i bevægelse er et tog.
14. Trådløs kommunikationssystem til et fartøj (1) i bevægelse, som omfatter: mindst én router (2) i fartøjet i bevægelse til kommunikation med fjerntliggende servere gennem mindst ét eksternt mobilnet (4a, 4b, 4c), hvor routeren er indrettet til at modtage og sende trådløs data til og fra både en aggregeringsserver, ved anvendelse af aggregeret kommunikation over mindst to separate forbindelser, og mindst én øvrig stationær kommunikationsserver, ved anvendelse af ikke-aggregeret kommunikation over en enkel forbindelse, og routeren er yderligere tilgængelig for en flerhed af klient apparater (6), som er ombord på fartøjet i bevægelse; en controller (23) inden i eller forbundet med routeren, hvor controlleren inkluderer mindst én selektionsregel til at selektere hvorvidt aggregeret eller ikke-aggregeret kommunikation skal anvendes, hvor controlleren er indrettet til at fastlægge, ved en anmodning fra et klient apparat til at kommunikere med én af de fjerntliggende servere, hvorvidt én af mindst én regel er gældende, og til at selektere om der skal anvendes aggregeret kommunikation ved hjælp af aggregeringsserveren, eller ikke-aggregeret kommunikation ved hjælp af mindst én øvrig kommunikationsserver, til kommunikation baseret på fastlæggelsen.
15. Trådløs kommunikationssystem ifølge krav 14, hvor routeren og aggregeringsserveren er forbundet gennem en flerhed af ydre mobilnet, som er anvendelige på samme tid, og hvor routeren fortrinsvis er arrangeret til at kommunikere med aggregeringsserveren på mindst to forskellige kommunikationsruter, som har forskellige karakteristika, og til at automatisk separere kommunikationstraffiken mellem kommunikationsruterne baseret på specifikke optimeringsbetingelser, såsom pris, latens og/eller fart.
