Claims (11)

  1. SYSTEM TIL REDUKTION AF BLODGENNEMSTRØMNINGEN I ET MÅLORGANS ARTERIE MED EN ELEKTRISK STIMULERING
    1. System til reduktion af blodgennemstrømningen i et målorgan i tilfælde af blødning eller et medicinsk behov, kendetegnet ved, at systemet omfatter en integreret elektrostimulator, som omfatter elektroder (11), der skal anbringes på huden af en patient, og et subsystem, som omfatter mindst et første og mindst et andet indlæsemiddel, hvor det første indlæsemiddel omfatter en blodtryksmålings- og pulsdetektorenhed, og det andet indlæsemiddel er en indretning, som gør det muligt for brugeren at registrere informationerne om sår- eller blødningsområdet i systemet, hvor subsystemet bestemmer, hvor elektroderne (11) skal anbringes i forhold til det analyserede blodtryk, puls og de indlæste informationer om sår- eller blødningsområdet i henhold til en algoritme, som er inkorporeret i subsystemet, og hvilket subsystem yderligere viser, hvor elektroderne (11) skal anbringes ved hjælp af mindst et hudkort.
  2. 2. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter et middel til udvælgelse af effekten af blodreduktionsniveauet i målorganet/målorganerne på grundlag af blodtryks- og pulsdataene.
  3. 3. System ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter et integreret visuelt og akustisk alarmsystem.
  4. 4. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det yderligere omfatter et middel til højstrømsblokering for strømme, som overstiger 15mA, for at undgå hudforbrænding.
  5. 5. System ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at det yderligere omfatter termo-elektriske kølere til køling af huden rundt om elektroderne.
  6. 6. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet indlæsemiddel er inkorporeret i et middel til styring.
  7. 7. System ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at midlet til styring er fortrinsvis en displayenhed (10).
  8. 8. System ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at displayenheden er et touch screen-display.
  9. 9. System ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at elektrostimulatoren, displayenheden (10) og blodtryksmålings- og pulsdetektorenheden anvendes individuelt.
  10. 10. System ifølge krav 1, hvor elektrostimulatoren afgiver et bipolært elektrisk signal med en stimuleringsfrekvens mellem 60 og 90 Hz og en pulslængde mellem 0,1-300 us.
  11. 11. System ifølge krav 10, hvor elektrostimulatoren afgiver et bipolært elektrisk signal med en stimuleringsfrekvens på 80 Hz og pulslængde mellem 0,1-300 us.
