Claims (15)
1. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) omfattende i det mindste: et lukkeelement (102) med i det mindste én elektrisk ledende bane (120); et låselegeme (103), som omfatter et elektrisk kredsløb med en databærer og en radiofrekvenssender og -modtager med en forudbestemt arbejdsbølgelængde, hvilket låselegeme (103) er konfigureret til at blive låst til i det mindste én fri ende (102a) af lukkeelementet (102) for at fastgøre låselegemet (103) til et objekt, som skal forsegles; og den sikre forseglingsindretning (101) er kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene elektrisk ledende bane (120) i lukkeelementet (102) har en længde, som er i det væsentlige lig med X eller 1/2’' gange halvdelen af den forudbestemte arbejdsbølgelængde for radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, hvor X er et helt tal, som er større end eller lig med én.
2. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 1, hvor låselegemet (102a, 102b) er konfigureret til at sammenlåse en første og en anden ende (102a, 102b) af lukkeelementet (102), for at fastgøre låselegemet til det objekt, som skal forsegles.
3. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 2, hvor det elektriske kredsløb yderligere omfatter i det mindste en første plan antenne (106), som er orienteret i et første plan og forbundet med radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, og hvor låselegemet (103) er konfigureret til at sammenlåse den første og anden ende (102a, 102b) af lukkeelementet, som er orienteret i et plan i det væsentlige parallelt med det første plan.
4. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 3, hvor det elektriske kredsløb yderligere omfatter i det mindste en anden plan antenne (107), som er orienteret i det væsentlige parallelt med den første plane antenne (106).
5. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 til 4, hvor det elektriske kredsløb omfatter første og anden elektriske terminaler (117,118), som er konfigurerede til at blive forbundet via den elektrisk ledende bane (120) i lukkeelementet (102), når den første og anden ende (102a, 102b) på lukkeelementet (102) sammenlåses af låselegemet (103).
6. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 5, hvor det elektriske kredsløb er konfigureret til automatisk i den nævnte databærer at lagre om en forbindelse imellem den første og anden elektriske terminal (117, 118) er blevet afbrudt.
7. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af kravene 5 eller 6, hvor det elektriske kredsløb er dannet på et substrat, som omfatter i det mindste ét første segment, som omfatter i det mindste en første plan antenne (106) for radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, som strækker sig i et første plan, og et andet segment, som understøtter i det mindste den første og anden terminal (117,118) og som strækker sig i et andet plan i en vinkel, f.eks. en i det væsentlige ret vinkel, i forhold til det første plan.
8. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 7, hvor substratet yderligere omfatter et tredje segment, som understøtter i det mindste en anden plan antenne (107) for radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, og som strækker sig i det væsentlige parallelt med det første segment.
9. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det elektriske kredsløb er indesluttet i et dielektrisk materiale.
10. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor låselegemet (103) omfatter i det mindste en første åbning (115) til indsætning af en første fri ende (102a) på lukkeelementet i låselegemet (103), og en første holdemekanisme til at forhindre fjernelse af den første frie ende (102a) fra den første åbning (115), efter indsættelse.
11. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 10, hvor låselegemet (103) omfatter en anden åbning (115) til indsætning af en anden fri ende (102b) på lukkeelementet (102) i låselegemet (103), og en anden holdemekanisme til at forhindre fjernelse af den anden frie ende (102b) fra den anden åbning (115), efter indsættelse.
12. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge krav 10, hvor en anden ende (102b) på lukkeelementet (102) er fast udformet med låselegemet (103).
13. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor lukkeelementet (102) er fleksibelt.
14. Sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 13, hvor radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren har adskillige forudbestemte arbejdsbølge-længder, og lukkeelementet (102) har adskillige elektrisk ledende baner (120) med forskellige længder, idet hver enkelt er i det væsentlige lig med et multiplum af halvdelen af én af de adskillige forudbestemte arbejdsbølgelængder for radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren.
15. Fremgangsmåde til at kontrollere en sikker forseglingsindretning (101) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 14, hvor en ekstern læser, placeret i en forudbestemt afstand fra radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, sender et forespørgselssignal, adresseret til radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren, og under anvendelse af den nævnte arbejdsbølgelængde, ved flere forskellige transmissionseffektniveauer, og udsender en aiarm, hvis den ikke modtager et svar fra radiofrekvenssender og -modtageren under en forudbestemt transmissionseffekttærskei for forespørgselssignalet.
