Claims (7)

  1. Et høreapparatsystem, der omfatter elektroder
    1. Høreapparatsystem til behandling afen indgangslyd og til at tilvejebringe en udgangsstimulus i overensstemmelse med en brugers særlige behov, hvor høreapparatsystemet omfatter o et høreinstrument, der er indrettet til at blive båret af en bruger (1) ved eller i et øre; o en estimeringsenhed (CL-estimator) til tilvejebringelse af et estimat (CL) over brugerens nuværende kognitive belastning; o en signalbehandlingsenhed (DSP) til behandling af et indgangssignal, der stammer fra indgangslyden i overensstemmelse med brugerens særlige behov; o hvor systemet er indrettet til at påvirke behandlingen i afhængighed at estimatet (CL) over brugerens nuværende kognitive belastning, hvor estimatet over brugerens nuværende kognitive belastning bestemmes eller påvirkes af i det mindste en direkte måling over den pågældende brugers kognitive belastning; 0 en elektrisk klemme eller sensor (3), der bidrager til den direkte måling over den nuværende kognitive belastning, men som IKKE er placeret i høreinstrumentet, hvor den elektriske klemme eller sensor er indrettet til at blive forbundet til høreinstrumentet ved hjælp af en kablet eller trådløs forbindelse.
  2. 2. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 1, hvor høreinstrumentet omfatter i det mindste en elektrisk klemme, der er specifikt indrettet til at opfange elektriske signaler fra brugeren, der er relateret til den direkte måling af kognitiv belastning.
  3. 3. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 2, hvor høreinstrumentet omfatter en bag ved øret (BTE) del, der er indrettet til at blive placeret bag en brugers øre, hvor 1 det mindste en elektrisk klemme (21) er placeret i BTE delen.
  4. 4. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 2, hvor høreinstrumentet omfatter en i øret (ITE) del, der er indrettet til at blive placeret fuldstændigt eller delvist i brugerens øregang, hvor i det mindste en elektrisk klemme (21) er placeret i ITE delen.
  5. 5. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 4, hvor den kablede forbindelse løber langs eller danner en del af fleksible støtteelementer (31), der er indrettet til at holde den elektriske klemme på plads på brugerens hoved.
  6. 6. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor i det mindste en af de elektriske klemmer (3), som IKKE er placeret i høreinstrumentet, er placeret i et symmetriplan af hovedet af brugeren og udgør en referenceklemme.
  7. 7. Høreapparatsystem ifølge krav 1, hvor en direkte måling af kognitiv belastning opnås gennem ambulant elektroencefalogram (EEG).
