Description
The invention relates to a slack line device with at least one stretchable ribbon fixed between a first and a second supporting element.
The invention is usable for therapeutic and gymnastic exercises indoors and outdoors, wherein the ribbon for balancing can be used without additional supportive elements and without a high installation effort for supporting the balance, coordination and concentration as well as body control and additionally for strengthening the muscular system in a short amount of time. DE 103 52 292 Δ1 discloses a sports device which comprises a foot part for positioning on a surface on which at least one pair of stilts is fixed at a distance from one another, wherein each stilt is equipped with an intake for fixing at least one rope or suchlike between the stilts, wherein at least one of the two stilts is equipped with a joint by which the stilt is rotatable in two end positions. DE 20 2009 002 873 U1 discloses a device for fixing a balancing ribbon, which comprises a substructure to be set on the floor carrying a fixing element with a holder on one end for the balancing element and a holder on the opposite end for a fastening means to be embedded in the floor. DE 298 000 34 U1 discloses a transportable device for complex coordination trainings and specific advanced training, comprising two stilts fixed at a distance from one another on a foot frame, on which holders are provided at a distance from the foot frame, which can be used for a parallel or gradual fixing of a rope or two ropes or ribbons. DE 20 2011 103 593 U1 discloses a transportable tensioning and holding device for a slack line comprising a carrying construction, a holder for a slack line and a tensioning construction, wherein the carrying construction comprises at least two support constructions arranged at a distance X to each other with foot elements arranged in the lower area, supports for the slack line are arranged at different heights in the support constructions, beneath the fixing of the horizontal boom fastening on the support constructions, a tension member is fixed ready-to-assemble under the slack line arrangement, defining the distance between the support constructions and absorbing the traction and in the end portions of the tension member are the fixing- and tensioning device for the slack line is arranged.
Document AT-A-509194 describes a balancing device with a carrier structure.
The devices known from the prior art comprise the disadvantage that the devices are on the one hand formed in a compact way and on the other hand comprise a lot of bulky individual parts and also require additional fixings, whereby a high safety risk ensues, a time-consuming operation for its installation or usage and correspondingly extensive storage facilities are required.
The object underlying the invention is to create a transportable slack line device, which allows an easy assembly and handling, which can be safely used and stored space-saving and which allows a universal assembling of individual devices for extending the area of application indoors and outdoors.
The object is solved according to the invention by the characteristics according to claim 1; advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the subclaims 2 to 10.
With the invention there is an advantage over the previous solutions that by using massively formed supporting elements for the slack line both indoors no stationary fixing points, for example poles for net holders for volleyball or suchlike sports, fixings in the floor or on parts of building faces as well as outdoors no trees or other natural fixing points are necessary.
Due to the massive supporting elements, their formation and a comparatively low height in connection with a corresponding strutting, a set up of a slack line device formed according to the invention is safely possible in a simple and space-saving way on any level floor surface within a building or on any level surfaces outdoors without additional fixings.
The slack line device according to the invention can for example be used at an early stage for corresponding exercises with children from the age of about 3 years outdoors or in the rooms of a kindergarten as well as in a school, in sports- or fitness rooms or moreover individually in a suitable living space at home up to a fixed limit without problems and virtually without risk.
For this purpose, only at least two supporting elements each are necessary on which the respective end portion of the ribbon is placed in the surface and thus at the height of the supporting elements in the axial recess, fixed by the tensioning device and led over the tensioning edge.
By means of a second supporting element, arranged spaced apart from the first supporting element comprising another end portion of the ribbon placed in the same way as described and its likewise ensuing fixation and tensioning over the respective tensioning edge, the ribbon is tensioned as a slack line and is usable by the user at a safe height above the installation surface for the user. A further advantage of the device according to the invention consists in the slack line being placed at a comparatively low and safe height above the respective installation surface, for example a floor, because of its potential low construction height, whereby the fear is minimized, the safety enhanced and the risk of injuries through falls and suchlike is substantially reduced or avoided for the users.
With the additionally provided adjustment of the strutting in its longitudinal direction according to an embodiment of the invention, an advantage consists in the ribbon or the slack line of the respective slack line device, if necessary, to be retightened or relaxed without problems and without tools.
The furthermore provided embodiment of the invention and the alternative use of the intermediate element comprise the advantage that the ribbon of the slack line can, if necessary, be adjusted diagonally defined and the balancing thus be influenced specifically.
Due to the, according to another embodiment of the invention, provided and defined arrangement of several recesses and drills in supporting elements comprising the respective struttings and ribbons, there is an advantage in that several slack line devices as formed according to the invention, can be assembled and set up as individually customisable systems on a suitable installation surface, whereby the area of application, for example for group exercises, is individually extendable in a substantial way.

Figure 1 schematically shows a slack line device according to the invention, identified by position 1.
The slack line device 1 comprises a transportable and preferably cylindrically formed supporting element 2 comprising a surface 3, in which, according to the drawing, a vertically arranged recess 4 comprising a dimensioning not presented in detail, is formed in the peripheral area, on which a tensioning edge 4.1 spaced apart from the peripheral area is provided.
The supporting element 2 is preferably formed from plywood in a comparatively large thickness D not presented in detail, by which, despite the thickness D, an easy handling or an easy montage and also transportability as well as a favourable storage possibility can be achieved and a product is provided which is harmless for the health especially for children and furthermore environmentally friendly.
According to the depiction of figure 1 in conjunction with figure 2, the supporting element 2 comprises a base 5, situated axially opposite the surface 3.
As can be discerned from figures 1 and 2, in further conjunction with figure 3, the slack line device 1 comprises a ribbon 6 with dimensions not presented in detail, which is formed as a loop on its respective end portion 7.
The end portion 7 is provided for the intake of, for example, a tensioning element 8 formed u-shaped, which, with its in this case top-sided transversal section, is placed in the loop-shaped end portion 7 and is positioned correctly along with it in the recess 4 so that the tensioning element 8 is located correspondingly in the end portion 7 of the ribbon 6.
By using corresponding means on the end portions of the tensioning element 8 (not depicted), the respective end portion 7 of the ribbon 6 is subsequently fixed in the recess 4 and, according to the drawing, initially from below in the supporting element 2, the ribbon 6 being placed over the tensioning edge 4.1.
As can be furthermore discerned from figure 1, the slack line device 1 comprises a tubular strutting 9 not presented in detail, which is for example formed of metal, comprising a determined length L and end portions 9.1.
The strutting 9 is connected to a second supporting element 2 at a fixed distance pursuant to length L, which is formed in the same way as the previously described first supporting element 2, wherein the respective end portions 9.1 of the strutting 9 are determinable in a recess 10 which, according to the drawing, is placed vertically at a distance A beneath the tensioning edge 4.1.
Running parallel to the strutting 9 at a distance A predefined by the recess 10, the ribbon 6 is applied and fixed in the second supporting element 2 at a length pursuant to the length of the slack line device 1 by means of its second end portion 7 depicted here and a further tensioning element 8 in a recess 4 being arranged analogous to the first supporting element 2 so that the ribbon 6 corresponds with the tensioning edge 4.1 in this position as well.
Due to the precisely coordinated formation of the lengths L of the ribbon 6 and the strutting 9, the ribbon 6 can be applied at a fixed tensioning consistency by means of the tensioning elements 8 and is thus ready to be used as a simple slack line device 1.
Due to a potential material fatigue of the ribbon 6 and a loss of elasticity, an adjusting device 11 is provided on the strutting 9 in the area of one of the end portions 9.1, which is formed by an axially arranged threaded portion 12 and an adjusting device 13.
By adjusting the adjusting device 13 accordingly alongside the threaded portion 12 and set, for example, against the respective supporting element, an expansion of the length L or an extension of the strutting 9 is achieved, by which the elasticity of the ribbon 6 can, if necessary, be restored, increased or otherwise reduced easily.
Figures 4a to 4c schematically show the possibilities for inclining the ribbon 6 in a slack line device 1 over the strutting 9 or the installation surface 15.
While the ribbon 6, according to figure 4a, is tensioned in approximately parallel position over the strutting 9 or the installation surface 15, figure 4b shows a possible usage in which the ribbon 6 can be inclined in a portion of its length L.
For this purpose, an intermediate element 14 with a certain form and size can be provided, which is for example arranged between the strutting 9 and the ribbon 6 fixed at a defined position on the strutting 9 or movable on the installation surface 15 and over which the ribbon is led.
By this arrangement, an optional inclination of the ribbon 6 by a corresponding, locally and/or temporarily limited change of distance A of the ribbon 6 over the strutting 9 or the installation surface 15 using the same supporting elements 2 as well as in the setting or height of its tensioning edges 4.1 is enabled.
Figure 4c shows another example for the inclination of the ribbon 6 in a slack line device 1.
Here, the slack line device 1 equipped with the strutting 9 is not equipped with the intermediate element 14 for example; instead, one of the two supporting elements 2 is enhanced by a second supporting element 2 rigidly fixed to it in vertical arrangement.
Thus, the ribbon 6 is on the one hand fixed on the tensioning edge 4.1 (figure 2) of the, according to the drawing, lower supporting element 2, whereas on the other hand the position of the ribbon 6 on the tensioning edge 4.1 (see figure 1) is fixed by the supporting element 2 depicted down here rigidly connected to another supporting element 2 being elevated by the thickness D.
The figures 5a to 5d schematically show basic executions of supporting elements 2 for forming various slack line systems 16.
As depicted in figures 5a to 5d, correspondingly formed supporting elements 2 are necessary for an individual configuration of several individual slack line devices 1 in order to form various figures of a slack line system 16 or several slack line systems 16, which, depending on their position in the slack line system 16, comprise one or several recesses 4 and 10.
Only one recess 4 with a tensioning edge 4.1 and a recess 10 each are for example necessary for supporting elements 2, which - as depicted according to the drawing - are arranged on the respective slack line devices 1 on the installation surface 15 primarily situated on the outer edge and forming ending points.
Depending on type and size of the slack line system 16 to be formed, supporting elements 2 are furthermore necessary which comprise two or several recesses 4 with a respective tensioning edge 4.1 set at an appropriate angle and recesses 10 as described and which - as depicted in figures 5b and 5d -are for example arranged internally or centrally on an installation surface 15.
The respective supporting elements 2 of the slack line devices 1 are eventually rigidly connected with respective struttings 9 and the ribbons 6, whereby the individually arranged slack line systems 16 can be put together.
Thus, for example simple slack line systems 16 with interconnected slack line devices 1 in linear direction (figures 5a and 5b) are possible.
In addition, a set-up of slack line systems 16 is possible, in which for example slack line devices 1 according to the invention are assembled as a corresponding basic element in equivalent numbers, preferably at a right angle a, to a square (figure 5c) or in radial form (figure 5d) or otherwise, both in linear arrangement as well as comprising inclinations of ribbons 6 as described above.
Figures 6a to 6e schematically show examples for arranging slack line systems 16 by means of supporting elements 2 as depicted in figures 5a to 5d.
For a slip-resistant positioning of the individual slack line devices 1 on the installation surface 15, the bases 5 of the respective supporting elements 2 are eventually provided with appropriate means (not depicted) and the length L of the strutting 2 as well as the ribbons 6 is for example limited to 150 cm, whereby for example a group of children using the respective slack line devices is manageable and easily controllable for a supervisor.
In addition, a limitation of the slack line systems 16 can be excluded due to the varying dimensioning of the respective basic elements.
