Claims (7)

1. Krystallinsk polymorf af forbindelsen med formel I,
(I) hvor polymorfet er kendetegnet ved et pulverrøntgendiffraktionsmønster udtryk i 20-vinkler, hvor pulverrøntgendiffraktionsmønstret omfatter: (a) mindst én 20-vinkelværdi ved 9,0 + 0,2; og (b) én 20-vinkelværdi ved 21,7 ± 0,2; og (c) mindst tre 20-vinkelværdier udvalgt fra gruppen, der omfatter 7,7 ± 0,2, 11,9 ± 0,2, 13,4 ± 0,2, 15,0 ± 0,2, 15,6 ± 0,2, 16,1 ± 0,2 og 18,0 ± 0,2.
2. Krystalllinsk polymorf ifølge krav 1, som har et smeltepunkt på 216 °C ± 5 eC.
3. Krystalllinsk polymorf ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, som har følgende gitterparametre: a = 19,38(5), b = 7,34(5), c = 22,95(5), α = 90,00, β = 90,00, γ = 90,00 og volumen = 3264,8(5) Å3.
4. Landbrugssammensætning, der omfatter et polymorf ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3 og mindst ét landbrugsrelateret acceptabelt bæremateriale eller fortyndingsmiddel.
5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 4, som yderligere omfatter mindst ét herbicid.
