Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et vindenergianlæg-rotorblad med følgende trin: tilvejebringelse af et første bladsegment (10), som har en aerodynamisk overflade og et første afsnit (14, 18) af mindst en gjord af et fiberforstærket plastmateriale, som strækker sig i rotorbladets længderetning, tilvejebringelse af et andet bladsegment (12), som har en aerodynamisk overflade og et andet afsnit (16, 20) af den mindst ene gjord, tilvejebringelse af en på forhånd fremstillet manchet (26, 28) af et fiberforstærket plastmateriale, anbringelse af de to bladsegmenter (10, 12) på en sådan måde i forhold til hinanden, at det første afsnit (14,18) og det andet afsnit (16, 20) er anbragt overlappende inden for et forbindelsesområde, placering af manchetten (26, 28) på en sådan måde, at den omslutter forbindelsesområdet på alle sider, sammenklæbning af manchetten (26, 28) med det første afsnit (14,18), sammenklæbning af manchetten (26, 28) med det andet afsnit (16, 20), sammenklæbning af det første afsnit (14,18) med det andet afsnit (16, 20).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at placeringen af de to bladsegmenter (10, 12) i forhold til hinanden først sker efter at manchetten (26, 28) er klæbet sammen med det første afsnit (14,18).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at til sammenklæbningen af det første afsnit (14, 18) med det andet afsnit (16, 20) påføres klæbemiddel på en kontaktflade på det første afsnit (14, 18) og/eller det andet afsnit (16, 20), før de to bladsegmenter (10,12) placeres i forhold til hinanden, og/eller at der til sammenklæbningen af det andet afsnit (16, 20) med manchetten (26, 28) påføres klæbemiddel på en kontaktflade på det andet afsnit (16, 20) og/eller manchetten (26, 28), før de to bladsegmenter placeres i forhold til hinanden.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der anbringes klæbemiddel imellem det første afsnit (14,18) og det andet afsnit (16, 20) og/eller imellem det første afsnit (14,18) og manchetten (26, 28) og/eller imellem de to afsnit (16, 20) og manchetten (26, 28), efter at de to bladsegmenter (10, 12) er blevet anbragt i forhold til hinanden.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at anbringelsen af klæbemidlet foregår med en injektionsmetode og/eller med en infusionsmetode.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at klæbemiddeltilføringen foregår via en indløbskanal (54), som er anbragt i en væg på manchetten (48) ved en første ende heraf, og hvorved en udsugning af luft foregår via en udsugningskanal (56) i en væg på manchetten (48), hvorved udsugningskanalen (56) er anbragt skråt overfor indløbskanalen (54).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at rotorbladet har to gjorder, og at der imellem de to gjorder er anbragt en flig, hvorved det første bladsegment (10) omfatter et første afsnit (22) af fligen, som er anbragt imellem de to gjorders første afsnit (14, 18) og er forbundet med disse, og det andet bladsegment (12) har et andet afsnit (24) af fligen, som er anbragt imellem de to gjorders andet afsnit (16, 20) og er forbundet med disse, hvorved der i forbindelsesområdet imellem det første afsnit (22) af fligen og det første afsnit (14, 18) af de to gjorder samt imellem det andet afsnit (24) af fligen og det andet afsnit (16, 20) af de to gjorder i hvert tilfælde findes en udsparing (34), hvorved to på forhånd fremstillede manchetter (26, 28) indsættes i udsparingerne (34) ved placeringen af de to bladsegmenter (10, 20) i forhold til hinanden.
8. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad med mindst en i vindenergianlæg-rotorbladets længderetning forløbende gjord af et fiberforstærket plastmateriale, et første bladsegment (10), som omfatter en aerodynamisk overflade og et første afsnit (14,18) af den mindst ene gjord, et andet bladsegment (12), som omfatter en aerodynamisk overflade og et andet afsnit (16, 20) af den mindst ene gjord, hvorved det første afsnit (14, 18) på den mindst denne gjord og det andet afsnit (16, 20) på den mindste ene gjort er således klæbet sammen, at de overlapper hinanden i et forbindelsesområde, kendetegnet ved, en på forhånd fremstillet manchet (26, 28) af et fiberforstærket plastmateriale, som omslutter forbindelsesområdet på alle sider og er klæbet sammen med gjordens to afsnit (14, 16,18, 20).
9. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at to over for hinanden beliggende indvendige overflader på manchetten (26, 28) ligger an imod en overfor beliggende ydre overflade på den mindst ene gjord.
10. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at en længde af manchetten (26, 28) er større end en længde af forbindelsesområdet.
11. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge et af kravene 8 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene gjord i forbindelsesområdet og ved de op til forbindelsesområdet stødende nærliggende længdepositioner har et ensartet udvendigt tværsnit og manchetten en gennemgangsåbning (46), hvis indvendige tværsnit er afstemt efter det udvendige tværsnit.
12. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge et af kravene 8 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at manchetten (26, 28) har to over for hinanden beliggende flade sider (30,32), som er anbragt forsat i forhold til hinanden i længderetningen.
13. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge et af kravene 8 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at rotorbladet har to gjorder, og at der imellem de to gjorder er anbragt en flig, med hvilken begge gjorder er forbundet, og to udsparinger (34), i hver af hvilken der er anbragt en manchet (26, 28).
14. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge et af kravene 8 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at manchetten (26, 28) i en væg har en åbning og/eller en kanal til injektionen eller infusionen af et klæbemiddel.
15. Vindenergianlæg-rotorblad ifølge et af kravene 8 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at manchetten (48) har en indløbskanal (54) og en udsugningskanal (56), hvorved indløbskanalen (54) er anbragt i en væg på manchetten (48) ved en første ende heraf, og udsugningskanalen (56) er anbragt skråt overfor indløbskanalen (54) i en væg på manchetten (48).
