Claims (14)
- OAM FOR OPENFLOW DREVET AF STYREENHED1. Fremgangsmåde, der udføres af et netværkselement (201), som implementerer en OpenFlow-styreenhed (901), hvor OpenFlow-styreenheden indbefatter et drifts-, administrations- og styringsmodul (OAM) (903), hvor OAM-modulet skal servicere en OAM-funktionsforespørgsel i et netværk, som implementerer OpenFlow, hvor fremgangsmåden skal forespørge om, at en delmængde af OpenFlow-switches i netværket rapporterer målinger for et OpenFlow-dataflow for at tilvejebringe OAM-modulet med information til udførelse af den forespurgte OAM-funktion, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: modtagelse i et OAM-modul i netværkselementet af en forespørgsel om udførelse af OAM-funktionen; generering af en udløser-overvågningsmeddelelse i OAM-modulet, hvilken udløserovervågningsmeddelelse definerer handlinger, der skal udføres af en OpenFlow-switch (907) i delmængden af OpenFlow-switches, hvor handlingerne skal tilvejebringe målingerne for OpenFlow-dataflowet; afsendelse af udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen til OpenFlow-switchen; modtagelse af en flerhed af overvågningssvarmeddelelser ud fra delmængden af OpenFlow-switches, hvor hver af flerheden af overvågningssvarmeddelelser indbefatter målingerne for OpenFlow-dataflowet; korrelation af flerheden af overvågningssvarmeddelelser med OAM-funktionsforespørgslen; OAM-modulets udførelse af den forespurgte OAM-funktion ved hjælp af målingerne af OpenFlow-dataflowet; og returnering af et resultat af den forespurgte OAM-funktion.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor generering af udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen endvidere omfatter følgende trin: definition af en OAM-pakke, der skal sammenlægges af OpenFlow-switchen (907) med OpenFlow-dataflowet.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor generering af udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen endvidere omfatter følgende trin: definition af handlinger for en flowtabel eller gruppetabel i et OpenFlow-switchmodul i OpenFlow-switchen (907).
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor generering af udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen endvidere omfatter følgende trin: definition af de målinger, der skal rapporteres af et protokolmiddel (909) i OpenFlow-switchen (907).
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori korrelation af flerheden af overvågningssvarmeddelelser med OAM-funktionsforespørgslen endvidere omfatter følgende trin: matching af overvågningssvarmeddelelseme med den forespurgte OAM-funktion ved hjælp af OAM-datapakken i overvågningssvarmeddelelserne.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde, der udføres af et netværkselement (201), som implementerer en OpenFlow-switch (907), hvilken OpenFlow-switch indbefatter et protokolmiddel (909) og et OpenFlow-switch-modul, hvor OpenFlow-switchen skal rapportere målinger for et OpenFlow-dataflow til en OpenFlow-styreenhed (901), hvor målingerne skal understøtte operations-, administrations- og styringsfunktionaliteten (OAM) for OpenFlow-styreenheden, hvor OpenFlow-switchen fremsender en OAM-pakke med OpenFlow-dataflowet og indsamler målingerne for OpenFlow-dataflowet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: OpenFlow-switchens modtagelse af en udløser-overvågningsmeddelelse fra OpenFlow-styreenheden; protokolmidlets generering af en OAM-pakke, hvilken OAM-pakke defineres af udløserovervågningsmeddelelsen; fremsendelse af OAM-pakken gennem OpenFlow-switch-modulet for at sammenlægge OAM-pakken med OpenFlow-dataflowet; detektering af OAM-pakken i OpenFlow-switch-modulet; protokolmidlets generering af en overvågningssvarmeddelelse som svar på detekteringen af OAM- pakken; indsamling af målingerne fra OpenFlow-switch-modulet til OpenFlow-dataflowet og OAM- datapakken; og afsendelse af overvågningssvarmeddelelsen med målingerne til OpenFlow-styreenheden.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, som endvidere omfatter: tilføjelse af en handling til en flowtabel eller gruppetabel i OpenFlow-switch-modulet, der defineres af udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, som endvidere omfatter: protokolmidlets (909) indsættelse af OAM-pakken i overvågningssvarmeddelelsen.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor indsamling af målingerne endvidere omfatter følgende trin: aflæsning af en tæller af en flowtabelpost eller en tæller af gruppetabelpost; og aflæsning af et tidsstempel for en udførelse af flowtabelposten eller gruppetabelposten.
- 10. Netværkselement (201), der implementerer en OpenFlow-styreenhed (901), hvilken OpenFlow-styreenhed skal servicere en OAM-fhnktionsforespørgsel i et netværk, der implementerer OpenFlow, hvor OpenFlow-styreenheden skal forespørge om, at en delmængde af OpenFlow-switches (907) i netværket rapporterer målinger for et OpenFlow-dataflow for at tilvejebringe information til udførelse af den forespurgte OAM-funktion, hvor netværkselementet omfatter: OpenFlow-styreenheden, som indbefatter et drifts-, administrations- og styringsmodul (OAM) (903) og et meddelelseskorrelationsmodul (905), meddelelseskorrelationsmodulet, som er kommunikativt tilkoblet OAM-modulet, hvor meddelelseskorrelationsmodulet er konfigureret til at modtage en flerhed af overvågningssvarmeddelelser ud fra delmængden af OpenFlow-switches, hvor hver af flerheden af overvågningssvarmeddelelser indbefatter målingerne for OpenFlow-dataflowet, hvor meddelelseskorrelationsmodulet er konfigureret til at korrelere flerheden af overvågningssvarmeddelelser med OAM-funktionsforespørgslen; hvor netværkselementet er kendetegnet ved, at det endvidere omfatter et OAM-modul, der er konfigureret til at behandle OAM-funktionsforespørgslen ved at udføre den OAM-funktion, der er specificeret via OAM-funktionsforespørgslen, og generere en udløser-overvågningsmeddelelse, hvilken udløser-overvågningsmeddelelse definerer handlinger, der skal udføres af en OpenFlow-switch i delmængden af OpenFlow-switches, hvor handlingerne skal tilvejebringe målingerne for OpenFlow-dataflowet, hvor OAM-modulet er konfigureret til at sende udløser-overvågningsmeddelelsen til OpenFlow-switchen for at udføre den forespurgte OAM-funktion ved hjælp af målingerne af OpenFlow-dataflowet, der tilvejebringes af meddelelseskorrelationsmodulet, samt at returnere et resultat af den forespurgte OAM-funktion.
