Claims (9)
1. Biogasreaktor (1) omfattende et hus (7) med et indløb (2) til organisk materiale, et biogasudløb (3), en materialeforskydningsindretning (6) omfattende et skaft (5), kendetegnet ved, at biogasreaktoren (1) har mindst to udgange (12, 13) i et gasproducerende afsnit (10) af reaktoren (1), hvorfra organisk materiale kan returneres til indløbet (2), og hvor materialeforskydningsindretningen (6) omfatter en ledeplade (17), hvor ledepladen (17) er indrettet til at have en torsion på 45 - 90° pr. længde af skaftet (5).
2. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor skaftet (5) er indrettet til at kunne tilvejebringe varme til biogasreaktoren (1).
3. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor huset (7) er indrettet til at kunne tilvejebringe varme til biogasreaktoren (1).
4. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor ledepladen (17) omfatter midler til fastholdelse af biogasproducerende mikroorganismer og/eller organisk materiale.
5. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge krav 4, hvor fastholdelsesmidlet omfatter boringer, der går gennem ledepladen (17), fortrinsvis har boringerne en diameter i intervallet 0,1 -10 mm, mere foretrukket i intervallet 2 - 4 mm.
6. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor en returtilførsel fra de mindst to udløb (12, 13) blandes i et forudbestemt forhold.
7. Biogasreaktor (1) ifølge et af kravene, hvor skaftet (5) og således materialeforskydningsindretningen (6) er indrettet til at kunne rotere, fortrinsvis i en hastighed i området fem rotationer pr. 24 timer - en rotation pr. 96 timer, fortrinsvis en rotation pr. 24 timer.
8. Fremgangsmåde til produktion af biogas ved anvendelse afen biogasreaktor 1 ifølge et af kravene 1 - 7 omfattende trinnene med a. at tilvejebringe organisk materiale til biogasreaktoren 1 b. at opvarme det organiske materiale i biogasreaktoren 1 c. at rotere det organiske materiale ved hjælp af en materialeforskydningsindretning 6 d. at udsætte det organiske materiale for hydrolyse, fermentering, anaerob oxidering og gasproduktion, hvorved podning af det indkomne organiske materiale udføres fra et forudbestemt podningsudløb (12, 13, 14, 15), hvor biogasreaktoren muliggør valget mellem mindst to podningsudløb.
9. Fremgangsmåde til produktion af biogas ifølge krav 8, hvor trin b omfatter, at opvarmningen, der tilvejebringes til det organiske materiale, er således, at der tilvejebringes rensning af det organiske materiale.
