Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at montere eller fjerne et pumpesystem (100) nede i eller fra en aktiv brøndboring (5), omfattende - at forbinde en smøreanordning (305) til den aktive brøndborings (5) produktionstræ (50); og - hæve eller sænke pumpesystemets (100) downhole-arrangement fra eller ned i brøndboringen anvendende smøreanordningen (305), kendetegnet ved at - downhole-arrangementet omfatter: en højhastighedsmotor (105), en isoleringsindretning (125), som kan fungere til at gå i indgreb med produktionsrøret (1 Op) lokaliseret i brøndboringen, og en højhastighedspumpe (120), - højhastighedspumpen (120) omfatter en rotor (160) med en eller flere spiralformede vinger (160a, 160b), - højhastighedspumpen (120) omfatter yderligere en stator med et hus (150) og en diffuser (165), og - en Venturi-passage (170d, 170n, 170t) er udformet mellem rotoren (160) og huset (150) samt mellem huset og diffuseren (165).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: - at opstille et løbeværktøj (320) nede i træet anvendende smøreanordningen (305); og - at indgribe løbeværktøjet (320) med et ophæng (140) på pumpesystemet, hvori borearrangementet hæves ved: - at hæve løbeværktøjet (320) og ophængeti smøreanordningen (305), hvorved pumpesystemets (100) borearragement også hæves; - at hæve løbeværktøjet (320) og ophænget (140) ud af smøreanordningen; - at hæve borearrangementet i smøreanordningen; og - at hæve borearrangementet ud af smøreanordningen (305).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori borearrangementet yderligere omfatter et strømrettermodul (PCM), som kan fungere til at modtage et jævnstrøms-signal fra et strømkabel (135r).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori højhastighedsmotoren (105) er en switched reluktansmotor eller børsteløs jævnstrømsmotor.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori - produktionstræet (50) er placeret på en bund (1f) i havet (1) og fremgangsmåde udføres uden stigrør, - pumpesystemet (100) yderligere omfatter et ophæng (140) og et strømkabel (135r), som forbinder ophænget til borearrangementet, og - borearrangementet hæves eller sænkes ved at et løbeværktøj (320) indgriber med ophænget (140).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, yderligere omfattende: - at vaske borearrangementet, når det er i smøreanordningen (305), anvendende et vaskefluid; og - at tømme det brugte vaskefluid ned i brøndboringen (5).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvori ophænget (140) er forbundet til træets (50) interne elektriske system.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvori fremgangsmåden udføres samtidig med at der opretholdes en dobbelt barriere mellem brøndboringen (5) og havet (1).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: - at vedligeholde eller udskifte pumpesystemet (100); - at montere det vedligeholdte/udskiftede pumpesystem i brøndboringen og træet (50) anvendende smøreanordningen; og - at producere kulbrinte-fluid (35) fra brøndboringen anvendende det vedligeholdte/udskiftede pumpesystem (100).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvori borearrangementet hæves ved: - at smøreanordningens øvre tætning indgriber med et opstillingskabel (309), som er forbundet til løbeværktøjet (320); - at indgribe smøreanordningens (305) nedre tætning med pumpesystemets forsyningskabel (135r); - at koble den øvre tætning fra opstillingskablet (309); - at indgribe den øvre tætning med forsyningskablet (135r); - at koble den nedre tætning fra forsyningskablet (135r); - at lukke smøreanordningens (305) ventil; og at koble den øvre tætning fra forsyningskablet (135r).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende: at indgribe smøreanordningens (305) øvre tætning med et opstillingskabel; at opstille et løbeværktøj (320) i træet anvendende opstillingskablet, hvori borearrangementet hæves ved: - at indgribe løbeværktøjet (320) med pumpesystemets ophæng; - at hæve løbeværktøjet og ophænget (140) i smøreanordningen; - at indgribe smøreanordningens nedre tætning med pumpesystemets forsyningskabel (135r); - at koble den øvre tætning fra opstillingskablet (309); - at hæve løbeværktøjet og ophænget ud af smøreanordningen (305); - at indgribe den øvre tætning i indgreb med forsyningskablet (135r); - at koble den nedre tætning fra forsyningskablet; - at hæve pumpesystemets (100) borearrangement i smøreanordningen; - at lukke smøreanordningens (305) ventil; - at koble den øvre tætning fra forsyningskablet (135r); og - at hæve borearrangementet ud af smøreanordningen (305).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori: - diffuseren (165) har en eller flere vinger (165v) placeret ved Venturi’ens hals, og diffuservingerne (165v) kan fungere til at neutralisere hvirvler, som overføres af de spiralformede vinger.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori: - huset (150) er rørformet, - højhastighedspumpen (120) yderligere omfatter et eller flere trin (120s), hvor hvert trin omfatter: - det rørformede hus (150); - en borepatron (155) lokaliseret i huset og omfattende: - rotoren (160), der er roterbar i forhold til huset og med: - en pumpehjuldel (160i), - en akseldel (160s), - de spiralformede vinger (160a), som strækker sig langs pumpehjuldelen, - diffuseren (165): - forbundet til huset (150), - med akseldelen (160s) som strækker sig derigennem, og - med en eller flere vinger (165v), som kan fungere til at neutralisere hvirvler, som overføres til fluid, som pumpes gennem pumpehjuldelen (160i); og Venturi-passagen har en dysesektion (170n), en halssektion (170t) og en diffusersektion (170d).
