Claims (14)
1. Elektrodearrangement (1) til anbringelse på og/eller i et menneskes øre (2), hvor elektrodearrangementet (1) er udformet til at udøve en transkutan elektrisk stimulationspåvirkning på ørets (2) overflade (3, 4), hvor elektrodearrangementet (1) har i det mindste en stimulationselektrode (5) og i det mindste en referenceelektrode (6), hvor den i det mindste ene stimulationselektrode (5) har en buet struktur og kontakterer ørets (2) overflade (3) via en første kontaktflade (Ai) , hvor den i det mindste ene referenceelektrode (6) har en oval eller nyreformet struktur og kontakterer ørets (2) overflade (4) via en anden kontaktflade (A2) , hvor den anden kontaktflade (A2) er i det mindste 3 gange så stor som den første kontaktflade (Ai) , kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en af elektroderne (6") kontakterer ørets (2) overflade (3) via en kontaktflade (A2"), hvor elektroden (6") er udformet sådan, at den dækker i det mindste 50 % af overfladen af ørets (2) cymba conchae (Cy) .
2. Elektrodearrangement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den anden kontaktflade (A2) er i det mindste 5 gange så stor som den første kontaktflade (Ai) .
3. Elektrodearrangement ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene stimulationselektrode (5) fungerer som katode, og den i det mindste ene referenceelektrode (6) som anode i den elektriske strømkreds, der er lukket under den transkutane stimulation.
4. Elektrodearrangement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at stimulationselektrodens (5) buede struktur er tilpasset til formen af omkredsen af ørets (2) tragus (T).
5. Elektrodearrangement ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at stimulationselektroden (5) har en seglformet struktur.
6. Elektrodearrangement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at referenceelektrodens (6) ovale eller nyreformede struktur er tilpasset til formen af et i vid udstrækning plant område af overfladen af ørets (2) pinna (P).
7. Elektrodearrangement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene stimulationselektrode (5) og den i det mindste ene referenceelektrode (6) ved bestemmelsesmæssig brug er anbragt i en afstand (a) til hinanden, der udgør mellem 5 mm og 50 mm.
