Claims (5)
1. Anordning til stimulering af hjertemuskler ved hjælp af en ekstern ikke- invasiv teknik, hvilken anordning omfatter: a) en generator af isoleret højfrekvensstrøm med to kanaler med samme frekvens, men variabel fase; b) en påført del med mindst to par elektroder, der er konfigureret til at blive placeret eksternt for menneskekroppens thorax på en sådan måde, at udgangsstrømmen fra parret af elektroder krydser hjertet, myokardiet eller en del af myokardiet c) hvor de to par af elektroder, ét par til hver kanalposition er tilpasset til at blive justeret på en sådan måde, at målområdet, hjertet, myokardiet eller en del af myokardiet befinder sig ved et lige skæringspunkt af disse fire elektroder og hvert diagonalt modsat par af elektroder er forbundet med én kreds; d) hvor strøm, der påføres gennem elektroder, er konfigureret til at frembringe en interferentielt pulseret pacingstimulering, i strømmens krydsningsområde, hvilken stimulerer hjertet, myokardiet eller en del af myokardiet; e) hvor generatoren har to driftsmodi, asynkron modus og demand-modus; f) hvor repetitionshastigheden for den pulserede stimulering og strømstyrken kan vælges af brugeren; g) hvor strømmen, der genereres af generatoren, er en firkant- eller impulsmoduleret bølge med en grundfrekvens på mindst 1 KHz; h) hvor den interferentielt pulserede pacingstimulering har en impulsrepetitionsfrekvens, der er konfigureret til at bevirke en registrering af hjerteimpulsen; i) hvor den interferentielt pulserede pacingstimulering har en udgangsstrøm, der er konfigureret til at bevirke en registrering af hjerteimpulsen; j) hvor den interferentielt pulserede pacingstimulering er tofaset; k) hvor generatoren er konfigureret til at detektere EKG’et (elektrokardiogram), således at registreringen af hjerteimpulsen dokumenteres; l) hvor generatoren er konfigureret til at blive styret af detekteringen af patientens EKG (elektrokardiogram), således at der opnås både asynkron modus og demand-pacingmodus.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor den påførte dels elektroder er tilpasset til blive styret mekanisk over brystet for at opnå den selektive stimulering af et bestemt hjerteområde, af en del af myokardiet.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor elektroderne af kanalen modsat den påførte del er integreret i én elektrode.
4. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor elektroderne er tilpasset til blive bevæget manuelt eller automatisk for at vælge et målområde for stimulering.
5. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor pacingelektroderne er tilpasset til at detektere EKG’et fra stimuleringselektroderne og anordningen er konfigureret til at behandle og vise EKG’et (elektrokardiogram) på en LCD-monitor (9) og uden anvendelse af nogen yderligere elektroder til overvågning af EKG’et.
