Claims (14)

1. Bølgeenergigenereringssystem til generering af elektrisk energi fra bølger, omfattende en basiskonstruktion (2) og en flydende konstruktion (3), hvor den flydende konstruktion er bevægelig i forhold til basiskonstruktionen, når den påvirkes af bølger, hvorved: - basiskonstruktionen (2) er forankret til havbunden og omfatter en i alt væsentligt lodret stolpe (22), - den flydende konstruktion (3) omfatter et hus (31) med en central åbning (32), hvor den flydende konstruktion (3) er tilvejebragt i alt væsentligt omkring den lodrette stolpe (22), - den flydende konstruktion (3) er bevægeligt forbundet med stolpen (22) ved hjælp af primære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (44), hvor de hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (44) er hydraulisk forbundet med en energiomdannelsesindretning (73) til omdannelse af hydraulisk energi i den fluidumstrøm, som frembringes ved hjælp af bølgebevægelser, til elektrisk energi, kendetegnet ved, at - sekundære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (45) er tilvejebragt i den centrale åbning (32) imellem stolpen (22) og huset (31) med henblik på at opretholde en afstand imellem huset (31) og stolpen (22), når de sekundære cylinderindretninger (45) tilvejebringer fleksibilitet med hensyn til den relative vandrette bevægelse imellem den flydende konstruktion (3) og basiskonstruktionen (2) for at forhindre systemet i at blive beskadiget i tilfælde af ekstremt vejr.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor basiskonstruktionen omfatter et i alt væsentligt fladt cylindrisk legeme (21), hvor stolpen (22) rager opad fra dette legeme (21).
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor basiskonstruktionen omfatter en aflang kanal (23) til et elektrisk kabel (5), som er elektrisk forbundet med energiomdannelsesindretningen (73).
4. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den flydende konstruktion (3) omfatter et nedre rum (33), hvori der er tilvejebragt tovejspumper (70) til pumpning af havvand ind i eller ud af det nedre rum med henblik på at forsyne den flydende konstruktion (3) med ballast.
5. System ifølge krav 1, hvor de primære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (44) er forbundet med basiskonstruktionen (2) ved hjælp afen forbindelsesindretning (40), der er tilvejebragt i den øverste ende af stolpen (22).
6. System ifølge krav 5, hvor forbindelsesindretningen (40) er lodret bevægelig i forhold til den øverste ende af stolpen (22) ved hjælp af lodrette hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (43).
7. System ifølge krav 1, hvor energiomdannelsesindretningen (73) omfatter en hydraulisk akkumulatorindretning (74) til at akkumulere hydraulisk fluidum, en generatorindretning (75) til at generere elektrisk energi ud fra det strømmende hydrauliske fluidum og et elektrisk kredsløb (76), som er elektrisk forbundet med generatorindretningen (75), hvorved den elektriske energi omdannes til et passende spændings-/strømniveau til overføring til et fordelingssystem eller en belastning.
8. System ifølge krav 7, hvor det elektriske kredsløb (76) er forbundet med et elektrisk kabel (5).
9. System ifølge krav 7, hvor den hydrauliske akkumulatorindretning (74) er hydraulisk forbundet med de primære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (44), de sekundære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (45) og/eller de lodrette hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (43).
10. System ifølge krav 7, hvor energiomdannelsesindretningen (73) er tilvejebragt i øvre og/eller mellemliggende rum i den flydende konstruktion (3).
11. System ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter et styresystem til at styre systemets (1) funktion i overensstemmelse med vejrforhold, sikkerhedskrav osv.
12. System ifølge krav 11, hvor styresystemet styrer det hydrauliske modtryk i de primære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (44), de sekundære hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (45) og/eller de lodrette hydrauliske cylinderindretninger (43) med henblik på at forhindre, at de når deres maksimalt tilbagetrukne og/eller udskudte positioner.
13. System ifølge krav 1, hvor huset (31) er i alt væsentligt cylindrisk.
14. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den primære hydrauliske cylinderindretning (44) er orienteret med en vinkel amin-ned til -60° og en vinkel amax-op til 60° i forhold til en vandret linje.
