Description

Ah apparatus for stimulation of the function of a cell located outside the apparatus
This invention relates to an apparatus for stimulation of the function of a cell, the cell is located outside the apparatus.
Magnets moved, typical a permanent magnet or more magnets - e.g. carried on a bracelet - close to the human body in the art are known to threat or alleviate pain, and possibly the effect of such moved magnets is to a certain extent stimulation of the function of cells.
Among the disadvantages and shortcomings of a conventional bracelet with a magnet are that they do not provide an efficient stimulation of the cells, and further the bracelet is uncomfortable to carry and thus it is a problem for the user.
The need has therefore been recognized for an apparatus which obviates the foregoing and other limitations and disadvantages of known art. Despite the various stimulating apparatus in the prior art, there has heretofore not been provided a suitable, attractive and efficient solution to these problems.
The invention will be explained by means of the following figures in which:
Figure 1 is an overview picture of the apparatus according to one embodiment of the invention.
Figure 2 is a partial inner view of the apparatus according to the invention showing how a magnet can be turned.
Figure 3 shows how a moving magnet is implemented.
Figure 4 shows how another moving magnet field is implemented.
Figure 5 show an excitable crystal within the apparatus.
Figure 1 is an overview picture of the apparatus according to the invention. The figure shows the apparatus in one embodiment of. When operated the handle 1 is used to carry and use the apparatus, at the end - proximate to the handle 1 - is the head 2 of the apparatus with the magnet field generator circuitry and associated mechanics, see the explanation in connection with figures 2, 3 and 4, further this part (the head 2) of the apparatus encapsulates an excitable crystal with associated electronics as explained in connection with figure 5.
Figure 2 is a partial inner view of the apparatus according to the invention showing how a magnet can be turned. As an example the previous mentioned associated mechanics - in one embodiment of the invention - is a magnet 4 of any kind, e.g. a permanent magnet or an electro magnet, which magnet 4 is turned in circular movement by a motor 3. When the magnet is somehow moved consequently the magnet field associated with the magnet is moved. The electro magnet of course need some kind of electric power as known in the art to create an associated magnet field around the electro magnet. The mounting case for the motor, power transfer mechanism and counterweight are not shown. The motor 3 could be realized as a conventional DC motor, a one, two, three or multi phased AC motor or even as a stepper motor. In any case the motor 3 selected for the purpose turns the magnet 4 in a certain movement pattern. The motor with the magnet may be halted, turned, halted, reversed, speeded up and down, ramped up and down in any combination, etc. Alternatively the movement of the turned magnet 4 is with a constant velocity, which in such case is with a constant peripheral or angular velocity. Figure 2 shows the simplest motion pattern of the invention for the moveable magnet field, which of course moves with the magnet 4 chosen. An electric motor 3 turns one or more magnets in a circular fashion. In an embodiment of the invention, some magnets are positioned relative to each other in different sizes and intensities to get the desired magnet field in shape, direction and intensity. The motor 3 is controlled by an electronic circuit and /or a microcomputer with sufficient speed, power, and outputs and on board memory.
Figure 3 shows how a moving magnet is implemented. This is another partial inner view of the apparatus according to the invention showing how a magnet can be moved. Reference numeral 7 is a head with a magnet field generator. The head 7 can be moved in an X direction along the sledge 5 or in an orthogonal direction 6 - along the sledge 5 - along a Y direction. Hereby the.magnet field generator 7 is moveable in any pattern in combined X + Y direction, or solely forth and back in the X direction, or only forth and back in the Y direction. Thus it is clear that the magnet field - in intensity and direction - associated with the magnet field generator 7 can be controlled very accurately by the combined movements of the sledges 5 and 6. Thus figure 3 shows the arrangement of a magnet mounted on an orthogonal x/y sledge, so this magnet can be moved freely in two directions. A plurality .of axes of any freedom could be added in a further embodiment of the invention to e.g. be able to turn and tilt the magnetic pattern or magnets, and accordingly the associated magnet field(s). In these cases the control of the magnetic pattern in space can be controlled by a CNC controller (Computerized Numerical Control) as widely used in the industry.
Figure 4 shows how another moving magnet field is implemented. As it is shown a number of magnets 9, permanent magnets and/or electro magnets, are placed in a grid like structure. The magnets 9 are mounted to a base plate 8, which is equipped with a pattern generator electronics or have connection or connectors to an external electronics box. In any case, any of the magnets 9 can be turned on or off at any time. Thus any pattern, e.g. a circle, an ellipse, a square, a rectangle etc. of turned on magnets is possible since each individual magnet 9 is controllable to be on or off. Here the matrix of electromagnets may be controlled by a custom designed computer. By applying one or more frequencies with controlled phase and amplitude to each individual electromagnet, magnetic fields of a rather complex form in motion with varying intensity can be created.
In summary, as regards the magnetic field creation, the function is obtained by creating one or more magnetic fields in movement, the fields can be biased by adding one or more magnets not in movement thus biasing with a static field or static magnet fields by choosing size and distance properly. The sum of the fields creates a magnetic pattern supplying energy to living cells.
The motion of the magnets 9 can vary from a simple rotation to more advanced movements of the fields which can oscillate and /or can overlap each other. The magnetic pattern created by the number of fields chosen can be moved in one or more axes as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4.
Figure 5 show an excitable crystal within the apparatus. The crystal 11 is for the generation of frequencies.
The exciter 10 has a custom built signal processing unit. The unit can do frequency synthesis to generate one or more frequencies to excite the one or more crystals 11 which in turn vibrates). The crystal(s) 11 then radiate(s) the vibrations to the cells 12, e.g. cells 12 in a human organism, in an animal, in microorganism and/or plants out of the head 2, see figure 1, of the apparatus.
The frequency generator - a part of the exciter 10 - can make one or more frequencies with controlled phase and amplitude of each frequency. Voltage amplifiers - other electronic component parts of the exciter 10 - amplify the signals to an appropriate level for exciting one or more crystals 11. In one embodiment quartz crystals 11 are used, but other crystal materials are also suitable for this partial function of the invention, i.e. the generation of frequencies.
The composition of the frequencies can be arranged as chords which can generate overtones with frequencies high above the frequencies of the tones in the chord. A Stradivarius violin also generates many overtones from cords of base tones.
The magnetic field, when created or present from the permanent magnet(s) and/or electro magnets, and the crystal 11 being located proximate to one another within the apparatus, and both (crystal and magnet) are located in the head 2 of the apparatus, see figure 1. The one or more cells 12 to be stimulated are proximate to the head 2 of the apparatus, see figure 1 and 5 in conjunction, when the apparatus is turned on and in operation,
In an embodiment of the invention one or more batteries is /are placed somewhere else inside the apparatus, and the apparatus is provided with an on/off manually operable switch, which is turned off, when the apparatus is not to be used at all.
The microcomputer or microcontroller/computer, e.g. a PIC, and the CNC controller is programmed in suitable language, an assembly language, or a higher level programming language such as C, etc. so as to realize the functions, including the timing, start and stop of the motor(s), power to an electromagnet, when applied, to excite the crystal and other power on and of circuitry within the apparatus as already explained.
Examples of effects from the invention:
The magnetic structure, e.g. magnets of any kinds, in movement induces weak currents in the cells proximate thereto because the cells contains water and mineral salts, which lowers the resistance in the water making it able to conduct a current.
This is the same mechanism as in an electric generator where a magnet passes a coil.
So the magnetic structure - the one or more magnets - adds energy to the cells and balances the internal charges in the cells. The cell membranes are made stronger by this process, thus making the cell more robust. A given cell function can be stimulated by certain frequencies so the frequencies interact with the cell structure - associated with the applied crystals - so the cell additionally improves its function. Depending of the cell function one or more specific frequencies are composed to stimulate the function of the cell.
This is within the spirit of the invention that this - emission of frequencies - is done in combination with the moving magnetic 'structure and associated moving magnetic field(s).
Stimulation of microorganisms in water by balancing and programming the organisms to clean the water from undesired substances e.g. metals, chemicals and other pollutions.
While the foregoing embodiments of the apparatus are at present considered to be preferred, it is understood that numerous variations - as an example different implementations of the movement of the mentioned magnets are possible for a skilled person in such technology, and as another example different implementations of exciting crystals are also possible for a skilled person in such specific technology
Modifications may be made therein by those skilled in the art and it is intended to cover in the appended claims all such variations and modifications as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.
