Abstract

A diver's safety device is disciosed. The device inciude an intlatable surface marker buoy, a line coupling the surface marker buoy to the diver, inflating means for inflating the surface marker buoy and trigger means operable to cause the infiating means to inflate and release the surface marker buoy. The trigger means is configured to cause inflation of the infiatable surface marker buoy as a result of submersion below a predefined water depth.
