Abstract
Et skærebræt til brug for tilberedning af fødevarer med en udskiftelig skæreplade der kan at- og påklikkes specialkonstruerede låsetappe der slutter 100% tæt i såvel basisp som ved basisp overflade. En skæreplade som med sin elipseformede afrunding sikrer afløb at evt kødsaft uden det kommer i kontakt med overfladen på basisp Basisp og skæreplader er endvidere antibacterielbehandlet for at yde en ekstra sikkerhed for dannelse at bakterier.
Claims (2)
1. Et skærebræt med en basisplade og tilhørende låsesystem til sikring og fastlåsning af udskiftelige skæreplader. 2. en basisplade med antibacteriel behandling mod bakteriedannelse og med låsetappe 3. en skæreplade med antibakteriel behandling mod bakteriedannelse, samt en afrundet elipseformet kant til sikring af afløb af væsker
4. Låsetap med minimum tre specialdesignede låseringe til tætslutning af tap mod hulvæg og overflade på basisplade. Dette sikrer 100% hermetisk lukning mod bakterier væsker m.v.
