Scope of production

This invention relates to a hopper, to assist in the collection of urine by the export of urine samples.

Known techniques

The current techniques work by holding a tray or watch glass under your hand while urinating. This exposes you to the risk of getting wet with urine.

The technical problem to be solved

With this creation, an easier way to perform a urine test, as well as a more clean and hygienic method, is desired.

The New Technique 1. Urine collector for use in urine specimens, new by the fact that a funnel has been applied to a urine glass where through the urine is passed into the glass, {see Figure 1 or 2) 2. The upper part of the funnel is made so that it can cover the toilet seat, (see Figure 3) 3. The coil (2C) is made so that at the end of it there are 2 drains of different sizes for distributing the incoming urine. The distributed urine is passed via drain A (2A) to the watch glass and via drain (2B) to the toilet, (see Figure 2). The drain is coupled to the aforementioned coil and directs the excess urine into the toilet, (see Figure 2) 5. At the top of the funnel there are small flaps on which adhesives are applied (3A). These flaps are part of the funnel and are made so that they can bend around the toilet seat to hold the hopper in place (see Figure 3). of the glass (4B), the glass simultaneously becomes free from the production.

Technical effect 1. Using this product it is possible to perform a clean and hygienic urine test without getting wet on the hands of urine. This is achieved by attaching the upper part of the production to the toilet board (see Figure 3).

After the urine has hit the funnel, it is directed via the spiral to the two drains A and B (see Figure 2). A leads down into the watch glass and B runs into the toilet via a drain next to the watch glass. The hopper is designed so that it can be thrown away after use.

2. The upper part of the cover covering the toilet board ensures that urine does not get on the board and that no infection is transmitted from person to person, (see Figure 3) 3. The spiral (2C) ensures that no a lot of urine in the watch glass. At the same time it ensures that the remaining urine is discharged from the funnel, (see Figure 2) 4. The drains ensure that the right amount of urine is delivered to the urine glass (2A) and that the excess urine flows out through the drain at side of the watch glass (2B). (See Figure 2) 5. The small flaps on top of the creation (3A) ensure that the hopper does not slip off the toilet tray, (see Figure 3) 6. The adhesive tape ensures that the watch glass and the hopper fit together. The urine collector is placed on the toilet board (see Figure 3) and attached to the board by means of the applied adhesive tape.

When the urine hits the funnel, it is directed down to the spiral (see Figure 2), which will distribute the urine to the watch glass and the drain on the side of the glass, respectively. When no more urine runs into the watch glass, the tape that holds the glass is removed and the watch glass can now be removed. The urine collector can be taken off the toilet board after use, packed and thrown away wherever possible.

Use Model Requirements

Requirements 1. Urine collector for use in urine specimens, new in that a funnel is applied to an urethra into which the urine is passed into the vial. The hopper is designed so that it can be thrown away after use. (see Figures 1 and 2)

Requirement 2. The upper part of the hopper is made to cover the toilet seat, (see figure 3)

Requirement 3. The coil (2C) is made so that at the end of it there are 2 drains of different sizes for distributing the incoming urine. The distributed urine is passed via drain A (2A) to the watch glass and via drain B (2B) to the toilet, (see Figure 2)

Requirement 4. Parallel to the watch glass is a drain for excess urine (2B). The drain is connected to the aforementioned coil and directs the excess urine into the toilet, (see Figure 2)

Requirement 5. At the top of the funnel are small flaps on which adhesives (3A) are applied. These flaps are part of the hopper and are made to fold around the toilet seat to hold the hopper in place (see Figure 3)

Requirement 6. An adhesive tape is connected to the production and watch glass so that when removing the adhesive tape, the glass becomes simultaneously free from the hopper, (see Figures 4A and 4B) DK 2004 00058 U3
