Apparatus characterized by comprising - a wound tube string designed for injection into a wellbore comprising: - an inner tube member inside and sealed relative to a portion of a non-contiguous (GB: non-terminous) ) part of the length of an externally wound tube member at least a lower portion of the inner tube member, a portion of the outer and inner tube members extending over a coil; - wherein the inner tube member is less than or equal to eighty percent (80%) of the length of the outer tube member; and - wherein the outside diameter of the inner tube member is greater than or equal to eighty percent (80%) of the inside diameter of the outside tube member. An apparatus, characterized by comprising: - a wound tube string designed for injection into a wellbore and comprising: - an inner tube member within a length of an outer wound tube member, a portion of the interior inside the outer tube member extending over a coil, and - at least one seal disposed within a non-contiguous portion of the outer tubular member at at least one lower portion of the inner tubular member for sealing the inner tubular member with respect to the outer tubular member. 3. A wound string of tubes, characterized by comprising; an inner tube member within at least one upper portion of a length of an externally wound tube member, the inner tube member being sealed with respect to a non-adjacent portion of the outer tube member at least at a lower portion of the inner tube member; a portion of the inner tube member inside the outer tube member extends over a coil; and - a stop element disposed on an inner surface of the outer tube element near a lower end of the inner tube element. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized by comprising a seal designed to allow relative longitudinal movement between the inner tube element and the outer tube element. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the seal is designed to limit relative, longitudinal movement between the inner tube element and the outer tube element. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that a substance seals between the inner tube element and the outer tube element and restricts relative longitudinal movement between the inner tube element and the outer tube element. Apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the sealing substance includes at least one of welding, brazing, sintering and adhesive substances. 8. Apparatus characterized by: - a protected, wound tube string designed for injection into a wellbore and comprising - - an upper strand portion comprising an inner tube member within at least one upper portion of an outer, wound tube length, wherein the inner tube member is sealed relative to a non-adjacent portion of the outer tube member by at least a lower portion of the inner tube member, - wherein a portion of the inner tube member within the outer tube member extends over a coil, and - a lower strand portion is connected to a lower end of the upper strand portion, the lower strand portion comprising a second, wound tube length. Apparatus according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 8, characterized in that the inner tube element comprises wound tube element. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that the inner tube element comprises at least one among aluminum, titanium, beryllium copper, corrosion-resistant alloy material, plastic with or without reinforcement and composite material. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the inner tube element comprises a liner. Apparatus according to claim 11, characterized in that the liner is prefabricated. Apparatus according to claim 11, characterized in that the liner is formed inside the outer tube element. Apparatus according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 8, characterized by comprising a pressurized fluid in an annulus defined between the inner tube element and the outer tube element. Apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner tube element is compressed longitudinally within the outer tube element towards the stop element. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the seal comprises at least one O-ring. A method of assembling a protected, wound tubing string, characterized by comprising - inserting an inner tube element into a length of an outer tube element, said inner tube element being less than or equal to 80% of the length of the outer tube element; - sealing at least one lower portion of the inner tube member against a non-adjacent portion of the outer tube member such that the seal is inside the outer tube member, and - winding the string onto a coil. Process according to claim 17, characterized by comprising chemical curing of the seal. A method according to claim 17, characterized by comprising beam curing of the seal. A method according to claim 17, characterized by comprising heat-curing the seal. A method according to claim 17, characterized by including mechanical curing of the seal. A method of assembling a wound tube string, characterized by - sealing an annular space defined between an inner tube member and a length of an outer wound tube member, thereby forming a first double wound tube string; - the inner tube member inside at least one upper portion of the outer wound tube member length, and attaching the first double-wound tube string to an end portion of a second wound tube string to form a composite string. A wound tube string, characterized by comprising - an inner tube element within an outer wound tube length, where the tube elements extend over a coil, and - means for sealing, against flow connection, of the inner tube element with respect to a non-adjacent part of the tube. the outer tube member at least in a lower portion of the inner tube member. A method of assembling a protected wound tube string, characterized by comprising: - inserting an inner tube member within a minimum 20% longer outer wound tube length; - letting the pipe elements extend over a coil; and - a step of sealing against fluid connection of the inner tube member with respect to a non-adjacent portion of the outer tube member by at least one lower portion of the inner tube member. A method of using a protected wound tube string, characterized by comprising: - transporting an inner tube member sealed with respect to a non-adjacent portion of a length of an outer wound tube member by at least one lower portion thereof. inner tubular member to form a protected, wound tubing string to a wellbore location and wound on a coil; injecting the string into a wellbore such that a lower end of the inner tubing string passes down below a wellhead; and - production through the string, while a portion of the inner tube member inside the outer tube member extends across a coil. A method of using a protected wound tube string, comprising: - transporting a string consisting of at least one upper portion of a length of an externally wound tube member lined with an inner tube member to a wellbore location and wound on a coil, wherein the inner tube member is sealed to the strand at least at a lower portion of the inner tube member, - establishing connection between the lower end of the strand to an end portion of a length of another wound tube member to form a composite strand; - injecting the composite strand into a wellbore such that a lower end of the inner tubular member passes down below a wellhead, and - producing through the composite strand while a portion of the inner tubular member within the outer tubular member extends across a coil. Apparatus according to claim 1,2,3 or 8, characterized in that the inner tube element is at least 100 meters long. Apparatus according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 8, characterized in that the inner tube element extends below a wellhead.
