Abstract

Molding equipment comprises a cell-divided upper-part having a mechanism which ensure that pressure plates (8, 8') maintain their position or their guiding engagement with sides of cell-divided under-part (16), when the under-part is raised to a minimum weight greater than the thickness of mold items. - A molding equipment comprises a cell-divided under-part with cells which are open both upwards and downwards and which define the desired basic shape of the individual paving tiles or bricks; and a corresponding upper-part which from an upper retaining plate has downwards-extending pressure plungers which are formed with lower pressures plates which pass down into the underlying cells (18) in the underpart, and are usable for downwards ejection of the mold items from the cells. The upper-part, alternatively the under-part comprises a mechanism which ensure that the pressure plates maintain their position opposite the sides or their guiding engagement with the sides of the cells in the under-part, when the under-part is raised to a minimum height which is greater than the thickness of the mold items.

Krav 1. Formudstyr til betonstøbemaskiner af den art, som ty¬ pisk benyttes til fremstilling af bloksten" til pladsbelæg¬ ning og vægopbygning, og omfattende af en celledelt underpart (16) med både opefter og nedefter åbne celler (18), som defi¬ nerer den ønskede grundform af de enkelte sten, og en modsva¬ rende overpart (2), som fra en øvre holdeplade (4) har nedra- gende trykstempler (6), der er tildannet med nedre trykplader (8), som passer ned i de respektive underliggende celler (18) i underparten (16) og derved er brugbare til nedadgående ud¬ skydning af støbeemnerne fra cellerne (18), kendetegnet ved, at overparten (2) omfatter i det mindste én styrende trykplade (8'), der er således udformet med forlængelse (20) opefter, at den bevarer styrende indgreb med siderne (14) af den dermed korresponderende celle (18) i underparten (16), når denne hæves til en vis mindstehøjde, som er større end tykkelsen af de tyndeste eller laveste underparter. 2.
