An endoscopic syringe device comprising: a fluid supply tube (2); a nozzle element portion (11); a distal end cap (16) housing the nozzle member portion (11) therein and supporting the nozzle member portion (11) of the fluid supply tube (2), the distal end cap (2) having an outlet (17), wherein the nozzle member portion (11) and the distal end cap (16) cooperatively delimiting a fluid chamber connected to the outlet (17), and at least one helical channel (12) connecting an interior of the fluid supply tube (2) to the fluid chamber, characterized in that the fluid chamber is delimited by a conical surface of the distal end cap (16) and a tapered surface of the nozzle member (11) opposite the tapered surface of the distal end cap (16).
