GARBAGE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention disclosed herein generally relates to garbage buckets. More particularly, the present invention relates to a new garbage container assembly having a magnet to hold the garbage container in place to prevent an empty container from being blown around during windy conditions.
BACKGROUND Household waste collection and removal is typically provided by municipalities utilizing large, self-compacting trucks into which each household's individual garbage container is emptied as the truck travels along its route. Some of the garbage stinks some time after the disposal. Therefore, some of the garbage containers are equipped with lids in order to keep the odor of such garbage therein.
The garbage containers could be placed at the curb or in an alley immediately in front of or behind a residence. In some instances where rural homes share a private road, — each resident must transport their garbage to the nearest municipally maintained road for pickup, which may be a substantial distance from their home. In cottage areas, garbage containers are often not protected from animals, birds, etc. Also, the garbage container could be blown around due to windy conditions. If the garbage container turned over, the animals and birds could spread the waste around the area. Such a condition could create inconvenient to garbage collectors to remove the waste.
A prior art, CN 211309685U of Juxiang Intelligent Tech Hangzhou Co. Lid., discloses a control device of a garbage can. The control device comprises a can body positioning frame and a can cover gripper. The can body positioning frame is provided with a U-shaped groove used for clamping a garbage can hinge rod, the can body positioning frame is installed on the support in a sliding mode, and a spring is connected
, DK 180721 B1 between the can body positioning frame and the support.
Another prior art, CN 110436089A of Juxiang Intelligent Tech Hangzhou Co.
Ltd., also discloses a control device of a garbage can.
The control device comprises a can body positioning rack and a can cover gripper.
A U-shaped groove for clamping a hinge rod of the garbage can is formed in the can body positioning rack, the can body positioning rack is slidably mounted on a bracket, and the can body positioning rack is connected to the bracket through a spring.
Yet another prior art, FR 2933084 A1 of Oz, discloses a device, which has an urban furniture comprising posts provided with electromagnets, respectively, where shape of the electromagnets corresponds to shape of complementary metal pieces
— fixed on a back wall of a container i.e., domestic waste container.
The electromagnets are actuated by a remote control.
However, above mentioned prior arts fails to teach or disclose a garbage bucket assembly with a container mounted with a galvanized plate inside a body using an adhesive tape to prevent it from falling out when emptied.
In addition, above mentioned prior arts fails to teach or disclose a garbage bucket assembly — with a holder comprising a wall mount configured to mount stand to a wall during not in use.
In light of all the above-mentioned drawbacks, there is a need for a solution to grab and hold the garbage container in place, thereby preventing it from being slipped or — blown around the area.
