Abstract
Miljøvenlig osteskærer bestående af en stang og en klinge i syrefast rustfristål, samt et plastikskaft, en unik justeringsskrue, en gaffel og to propper i miljøvenligt akryl. Den specielle monteringsmetoden er kendetegnende for opfindelsen og består i at en speciel prop (4) påsættes stangen (2). Herefter påsættes en gaffel (I) i toppen af stangen (2) og klingen (7) monteres på proppen (4) ved at føre knuderne på klingen (7) igennem de to små slidser i proppen (4).
