Abstract
The system has an adjustment unit with an actuator (5) having an excitation coil and a blade controlling module. A generator is driven by a rotor, where the unit has normal and emergency modes. The actuator is controlled by the module in the normal mode and is unregulated in the emergency mode. The unit has a free-wheeling device (7) that is formed to automatically reduce the drag moment of the actuator in the emergency mode. An independent claim is also included for a method of changing an adjusting angle of a blade of a rotor.
