The invention relates to a system of boxes for use in the collection and incineration of waste, in particular hospital waste and of the kind specified in the preamble of claim 1.

For several years, in connection with the collection and incineration of ordinary and special 5 hospital waste from hospitals, it has been known to use standardized disposable boxes or containers consisting of box-shaped bottom and lid sections of heavy cardboard as well as a tubular box envelope and with a volume of approx. 700 liters (approx. 1050 x 800 x 800 mm). For the collection and incineration of waste from hospitals and clinics, it is also known to use smaller standard boxes.

OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the invention to provide an improved cash register system for use in the collection and incineration of hospital waste, and in particular hospital waste, which enables a more efficient utilization and dissemination of the previously used cash system.

The box system according to the invention is characterized in that the box system comprises smaller insert boxes arranged to be contained in the base box or container in such a way that it can be filled by a preferably equal number of module or insert boxes, e.g. pcs module boxes of approx. 45 or approx. 112 liter or 12 module boxes of approx. 22 or approx. 55 liters. In this way, a more efficient utilization of the known basic boxes or containers is thereby achieved. Namely, these inventions can advantageously be used to collect smaller portions of hospital waste from individual hospital wards, where the subsets of hospital wastes or especially hospital wastes are limited.

Conveniently, the base box or container may comprise two tubular box enclosures each having a volume of approx. 350 liters (approx. 788 x 516 x 792 mm), which box wraps are arranged to be fixed between bottom and lid portions of a size corresponding to a 700-liter base box or container.

Alternativt kan en 700-liters basis-container 5 tThe box system according to the invention may advantageously be designed such that the base box or container either has a volume of approx. 700 liters (approx. 1050 x 800 x 800 mm) and DK 170492 Bl 2 are designed to contain either 6 module boxes of approx. 112 liter or 12 module boxes of approx. 55 liters; or has a volume of approx. 350 liters (approx. 788 x 516 x 792 mm) and is designed to contain either 6 module boxes of approx. 45 liters or 12 pieces, module boxes of approx. 22 liters. Alternatively, a 700-liter basic container can hold 5 t

In the box system according to the invention, said insert or module boxes may conveniently consist of cardboard boxes comprising both bottom and lid wings, ie. which can be individually sealed and optionally sealed before the insert or module boxes are placed in the larger base boxes or containers.
