Det har været almindelig praksis at ekstrudere plastmaterialer i rør- eller folieform med de profilerede adskillelige lukkemidler samekstruderet langs med og parallelt med banens langsgående tildannelsesakse, dvs. den retning, i 10 hvilken banen ekstruderes. På den anden side er præfabrikerede oplukkelige lukkestrimmelmidler blevet fastgjort til en særskilt dannet bane med lukkestrimmelmidlerne forløbende i længderetningen parallelt med banens langsgående tildannelsesakse. Eksempelvis viser U.S. patent Re. 29.043 samekstrudering af en 15 bane og lukkemidler og formning af disse til posesektioner.
U.S. patent nr. 3.948.705 viser fastgørelsen af genlukkelige adskillelige lukkestrimler til en plastfilm parallelt med banens langsgående tildannelsesakse ved hjælp af smeltesvejsning eller varmforsegling.
20 Fastgørelsen af adskillelige lukkestrimler parallelt med banens langsgående tildannelsesakse ved hjælp af klæbemidler er vist i de amerikanske patentskrifter nr. 4.372.793, 4.354.541 og 4.355.494.
U.S. patentskrift nr. 4.046.408 viser adskillelige sammenlåse-25 lige lukkeorganer langs et plastfoliemateriales rande.
Disse lukkeorganer har i hovedsagén pileformet tværsnit og er enten ekstruderet ud i et med plane baner eller rør af plastfolie eller tilvejebragt i form af ekstruderede strimler, der er fastgjort til banen eller folien ved varmforsegling.
30 Ved tildannelsen af genlukkelige plastposer er det, når poserne benyttes til fødevarer og tilsvarende materialer, for- DK 167671 Bl 2 delagtigt, at poserne er forsynet med en forsegling, der sikrer mod ubeføjet åbning (eng.: tamper-proof seal), hvilket ikke blot beskytter indholdet mod indtrængning af fremmed materiale og forurening, men også forhindrer utilsigtet eller 5 forsætlig åbning, inden posen og dens indhold er i køberens besiddelse. En sådan beskyttende forsegling kan, såfremt den dannes kontinuerligt forløbende udvendigt for den genlukkelige forsegling, også beskytte de genlukkelige lynlåsorganer mod støv og snavs og anden forurening. Med en permanent beskyt-10 tende forsegling beliggende udvendigt for den genlukkelige forsegling kan fugt og andre fremmedelementer ikke komme ind i posen, og køberen kan se, at han har fået en ikke hidtil åbnet og ubenyttet pose, hvis indhold er fuldt beskyttet. Dette bibringer en føling af sikkerhed og tryghed for køberen, som 15 kan være bekymret for, at en eller anden i kriminelt øjemed har skaffet sig adgang til posen og anbragt farlige stoffer i indholdet.
Eksempler på konstruktioner, der er sikret mod ubeføjet åbning, er vist i U.S. patentskrift nr. 2.978.769, 3.172.443, 20 3.685.562 og 3.780.781.
Med foreliggende opfindelse er problemerne, ulemperne og manglerne ved hidtil kendte teknikker afhjulpet, især i relation til lodrette forme-, fylde- og lukkearrangementer til fremstilling og fyldning af poser, men også for posefremstilling 25 generelt.
Formålet med opfindelsen er at tilvejebringe et forbedret apparat til fremstilling og fyldning af poser ved en forme- og fyldeteknik, hvor en genlukkelig lynlås fastgøres mellem posens øvre læber og en fuldstændig forsegling, der forener 30 læbernes rande, dannes udvendig for den genlukkelige forsegling, og dette samtidig med at poserne fremstilles og fyl des.
Det er yderligere formålet med opfindelsen at tilvejebringe et DK 167671 B1 3 forbedret arrangement, hvor de genlukkelige lukkestrimler er anbragt inden i posen og de genlukkelige organer er anbragt umiddelbart op til forme- og fy Ider ør et, således at posen kan fyldes fuldstændigt med indhold, som i det væsentlige befinder 5 sig helt op til den genlukkelige lynlås.
Det er fremdeles formålet med opfindelsen at tilvejebringe et forbedret arrangement til fremstilling af en pose ifølge det foregående formål, hvor en sikkerhedsforsegling er anbragt umiddelbart uden for den genlukkelige lynlås og forbinder 10 filmens ydre rande, således at denne ydre forsegling først må brydes eller skæres op for at åbne posen, og at der herefter står en genåbnelig pose tilbage til almindelig brug.
Til opnåelse af dette er forme- og fyldemaskinen ifølge opfindelsen ejendommelig ved de i krav 1 anførte kendetegnende 15 træk. Fordelagtige udførelsesformer for opfindelsen fremgår af underkravene.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser set i perspektiv en forme- og fyldemaskine ifølge 20 opfindelsen, fig. 2 . samme i større målestok, idet dele er udeladt for at illustrere foreningen og forseglingen af en poses rande og for at illustrere fastgørelsen af en genlukkelig lynlås, og fig. 3 et lodret snit efter linien III-III i fig. 2.
25 Som vist i fig. 1 er en tynd plastfilm 10, der tilvejebringes fra et passende uendeligt forråd, ført over en rulle 11 for ved en ombøjning at blive ført over en formeskulder og ført nedad omkring en fylderør 12. Der kan forefindes sidestyr til at tilvejebringe en støtte og hjælpe til med at styre filmen 30 ind til rørform omkring det cylindriske rør 12. Røret har en DK 167671 B1 4 øvre ende, gennem hvilken indholdet afleveres for at falde nedad inde i røret og blive anbragt i poserne, der dannes. Indholdet vil falde nedad gennem rørets nedre ende og ind i enkeltposer, som tværforsegles og afskæres fra enden af den 5 dannede slange.
Ved dannelsen af slangen bringes filmens siderande 13 og 14 sammen til dannelse af en finneforsegling, som vil blive posens top. For at styre randene og presse disse sammen til finneforseglingen trækker og styrer ruller 15 og 16 materialet 10 nedad. Rullerne er udstyret med passende midler til at drive dem til drejning. Rullerne har udvidede trykdele 15a og 16a til at presse filmens rande 13 og 14 sammen for påbegyndelse af den finneforseglingen af filmen.
Samtidig føres forbundne lynlåslukkeorganer 18 nedad mellem 15 filmens rande, således at lynlåsen, når randene bringes sammen, herved bliver indeklemt herimellem. Lynlåsen tilføres fra en rulle 17 over en styrerulle 19 til at positionere den direkte lodret over randene, som bringes sammen.
En foretrukken udformning af lynlåsen er vist i detaljer i 20 fig. 3, hvor lynlåsen 18 har en handel 20 og en hundel 21. Handelen har en ribbe 22, som er løsbart fastlåst i et spor 23. Lynlåsen, der er dannet af fleksibel plast, lukker løsbart toppen af den pose, som sluttelig dannes, og som er genoplukkelig ved at trække læberne fra hinanden på en måde, som er 25 kendt for fagfolk på området.
Lynlåsstrimmelens handel 20 har en øvre og en nedre bane 20a og 20b. Hundelen 21 har ligeledes en øvre og en nedre bane 21a og 21b. Disse baner fastgøres fortrinsvis ved varmforsegling til filmens 10 indre overflade for at tilvejebringe en per-30 manent forbindelse mellem lynlåsen og posens top. Ved at benytte nævnte baner til at fastgøre lynlåsen til filmen er der tilvejebragt et bredt fastgørelsesområde, hvorved det er muligt at tilvejebringe en stærk binding mellem lynlåsen og DK 167671 B1 5 filmen. Yderligere kan der på grund af fastgørelsesområdets bredde tillades større tolerancer i opretningen mellem lynlåsbanen og filmen. Begge disse forhold letter fremstillingen.
Med henblik på en nøjagtig styring af lynlåsen 18 og for at 5 sikre, at den til stadighed er parallel med filmens rande 13 og 14, forefindes der mellem lynlåsorganernes 20 og 21 baner ydre og indre stænger 25 og 26. Stængerne 25 og 26 er beliggende med en sådan indbyrdes afstand, at ribben 22 og sporet 23, der er forbundet med hinanden, kan passere herimellem, og 10 stængernes indre kantflader tilvejebringer en kanal, som sikkert positionerer ribben og sporet og sikrer, at de vil blive bevæget i lodret retning i en relativt nøjagtig afstand fra filmens rande 13 og 14. Stængerne 25 og 26 holder endvidere de to filmdele og de respektive baner hørende til hver lynlåsdel 15 i afstand fra hinanden. Den ydre stang 25 er hensigtsmæssigt monteret på et ikke vist stativ som antydet i fig. 2, medens den indre stang 26 er fastgjort til og oppebåret af tuden 12 som vist i fig. 3.
Med henblik på at varmforsegle lynlåsen til filmen og for at 20 danne en finneforsegling ved filmens ydre rande gennemføres der samtidig en forseglingsoperation ved hjælp af modstående forseglingsbakker 27 og 28. Disse forseglingsbakker strækker sig i lodret retning og er positioneret således, at filmrandene med lynlåsen indeklemt herimellem trækkes nedad mellem 25 stængerne 27 og 28. Der forefindes ikke viste midler er til at trække filmen nedad.
Forseglingsbakkerne 27 og 28 er passende opvarmet, eksempelvis ved hjælp af varmeelementer 29 og 30, som strækker sig igennem dem.
30 Bakkerne 27 og 28 er udformet med ydre fremspring, som danner den finneforseglingen ved 24. Indvendigt for fremspringene er der udtagninger, som er tilstrækkeligt dybe til optage positioneringsstængerne 25 og 26. Bakkernes 27 og 28 indre overfla- DK 167671 B1 6 der tilfører varme til filmen for dannelse af finneforseglingen ved 24 og for at forbinde lynlåsenes baner til filmens indre overflade. Filmoverfladerne holdes, bortset fra hvor de er forbundet til hinanden ved 24, i afstand fra hinanden ved 5 hjælp af positioneringsstaengerne 25 og 26. Dette forhindrer, at lynlåsbanerne og filmbanedelene forsegles indbyrdes til hinanden. Spor 27a og 28a med rektangulært tværsnit, fig. 2 og 3, tilvejebringer et rum over for ribbe- og spororganerne, således at der ikke overføres varme til ribbe- og sporor-10 ganerne for at undgå en sådan blødgøring af plasten, at den utilsigtet kan forbinde ribben og sporet permanent med hinan den.
Styrestængerne 25 og 26 har en dobbeltfunktion, idet de positionerer lynlåsstrimlerne og tilvejebringer en skulder, over 15 hvilken filmen trækkes af trykrullerne 15 og 16. Når filmens rande bringes sammen af trykrullerne 15 og 16, trækkes filmen lidt stramt hen over den ydre stangs 25 ydre kant, hvorved filmen trækkes stramt omkring det cylindriske rør 12.
De ydre bakkers 27 og 28 kanter strækker sig helt op til røret 20 12, således at filmen trækkes stramt omkring dette, når den føres nedad. Lynlåsen 18 er således beliggende nær ved fylde-røret. Denne nærhed gør det muligt at fylde slangen fuldstændigt med indhold op til lynlåsen, når rørets nedre ende 12a er passeret.
25 Inden mængden af indhold falder ned gennem røret 12 og ind i slangen, som er blevet lukket under passagen af bakkernes 27 og 28 nedre ender, dannes der en tværforsegling og et snit til færdiggørelse af posen.
Tværforseglingen og snittet dannes af modstående forseglings-30 stænger 31 og 32, som er forsynet med en reces for at tilvejebringe vandret forløbende, men i lodret retning med afstand til hinanden beliggende forseglinger. En kniv 33 er anbragt i recessen for at tilvejebringe et snit mellem forseglingerne.

- 20 Patentkrav
- 1. Forme- og fyldemaskine omfattende en formkrave (9) og et fylderør (12) til at forme og fylde en vertikal, rørformet genlukkelig pose (34) af et plastfolie (10), hvilken maskine 25 omfatter: en første fødeindretning (li, 15, 16) til kontinuerlig tilførsel af en tynd termoplastisk folie (10) fra et forråd, hvilken folie (10) derefter formes til et rørformet mellemprodukt over formkraven (9), idet foliens (10) siderande (13, 14) bringes 30 sammen i anlæg flade-mod-flade ved hjælp af trykruller (15, 16. hørende til den første fødeindretning for dannelse af et hylster, 8 DK 167671 Bl en første fastgørelsesindretning indbefattende forseglingsstænger (27, 28) til fastgørelse af randenes (13, 14) sider til hinanden for dannelse af en finneforsegling (24) ved et forseglingssted, 5 en anden fødeindretning (17, 19) til kontinuerlig tilførsel af et første og et andet sammenlåseligt organ (22, 23) på hver sin del af en plastlukkestrimmel (18) til området mellem røret (12) og forseglingsstedet, en anden fastgørelses indretning (25-28) til via lukkestrimmel-10 delene at fastgøre de sammenlåselige organer (22, 23) til den indre overflade af folien (10) nær dennes rande, og en skærende forseglings indretning (31-33) til at danne tværforseglinger og et adskillende snit på tværs af mellemproduktet nedstrøms for det sted, hvor randene (13, 14) og de sam-15 menlåselige organer (22, 23) er fastgjort for at tilvejebringe en genlukkelig lukkeindretning mellem finneforseglingen og indholdet leveret gennem fylderøret (12) , kendetegnet ved: at fylderøret (12) har cylindrisk form og forløber nedad forbi 20 formkraven (9), at trykrullerne (15, 16) er drejelige og anbragt så folien (10) kan føres hen over formkraven (9) for at passere nedad over det cylindriske fylderør (12) med en øvre ende gennem hvilken indholdet kan leveres for at falde ud gennem den nedre ende (12a) af røret (12) og ind i posen (34), 25 at den anden fødeindretning (17,19) er anbragt, så at de sammenlåselige organer (22, 23) kan leveres uafhængig af folien (10) i sammenlåst tilstand som en lukket lukkestrimmel (18) til området mellem røret (12) og forseglingsstedet, at styrestænger (25, 26) er anbragt til at tilvejebringe den 30 dobbelte funktion at positionere lukkestrimlen og også til- DK 167671 B1 9 vejebringe en skulder over hvilken folien (10) kan trækkes af trykrullerne (15,16), så at efterhånden som randene (13,14) af folien (10) bringes sammen af trykrullerne (15,16) trækkes folien (10) lidt stramt hen over den ydre kant af den yderste 5 del af styrestængerne (25, 26) , som derved trækker folien (10) fast omkring det cylindriske rør (12), og at den første og den anden fastgørelses indretning omfatter modstående, opvarmelige forseglingsblokke (27,28) med yderkanter, som tjener som forseglingsstave, hvilke blokke (27,28) 10 endvidere tjener som forseglingsindretninger til via disses bånddele (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) at forsegle de sammenlåselige organer (22, 23) til den indre overflade af folien (10) mellem forseglingsstedet og røret (12), hvilke blokke forløber umiddelbart op til røret (12), så at folien (10) trækkes fast om 15 røret (12) , når den passerer nedad med lukkestrimlen (18) , som således bliver liggende tæt op til fylderøret (12) .
- 2. Maskine ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en af de modstående forseglingsblokke (27, 28) har en spalte til optagelse og styring af en udvidet vulstdel på de 20 sammenlåselige organer (22,23) i forhold til folierandene (10).
- 3. Maskine ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at styrestængerne (25,26) indbefatter en første stang (25), der er anbragt mellem lukkestrimlens (18) centrale del og finnefor- 25 seglingen og en anden stang (26), der er anbragt mellem den centrale del og røret (12), idet den anden stang (26) bæres af røret (12).
- 4. Maskine ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at styrestængerne (25, 26) er anbragt således, at organerne (22,23) 30 styres således i forhold til foliens (10) rande, at de har en konstant afstand fra disse. 1 Maskine ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den DK 167671 Bl 10 første og anden fastgørelses indretning er beliggende ved samme aksiale sted i forhold til det rørformede mellemprodukts akse.
- 6. Maskine ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at trykrullerne (15,16) er anbragt aksialt foran forseglingsblokkene 5 set i foliens (10) bevægelsesretning.
- 7. Maskine ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at styrestængerne (25,26) er anbragt mellem lukkestrimlernes banedele (20a,20b; 21a,2b) for at samvirke med forseglingsblokkene (27,28) under fastgørelsen af lukkestrimlens (18) termopla- 10 stiske materiale til foliens (10) termoplastiske materiale.
