Description
Opfindelsen angår en reaktionsbeholder i form af en kuvette til optiske undersøgelser af små væskemængder, og hvis bund har en cirkelformet fordybning til modtagelse af en horizontalt anbragt magnetomrører.
5 Ved hurtige kemiske reaktioner, eksempelvis antigen- -antilegeme-reaktioner til diagnostiske formål afhænger reaktionens kvantitative resultat ofte af en hurtig gen-nemblanding af reaktionsdeltagerne.
Fra US-A-34 80 399 kendes der en reaktionsbeholder 10 med kvaderformede hulrum, hvis bunde har en cirkelformet fordybning til modtagelse af en magnetomrører.
Fra DE-A-20 28 620 kendes der en beholder med en omrører til væsker, ved hvilken magnetomrøreren er lejret i beholderens bund.
15 Disse kendte apparater har den ulempe, at de har døde områder, hvis indhold kun bliver udskiftet efterhånden. Formålet med opfindelsen er at undgå denne ulempe.
Dette formål opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved, at den cirkelformede fordybning har i bueform forløbende kanaler, 20 der strækker sig fra fordybningen hen til reaktionsbeholderens vægge eller hjørner, eller begge dele.
En udførelsesform for reaktionsbeholderen ifølge opfindelsen skal i det følgende beskrives nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, på hvilken 25 fig. 1 viser et længdesnit gennem en opretstående beholder, fig. 2 et tværsnit efter linien II-II i fig. 1, og fig, 3 et snit efter linien III-III i fig. 2,
Reaktionsbeholderen 1 i form af en kuvette, og med 30 et kvaderf ormet kammer 2 består af fire vægge 3 og en bund 4. Af de fire vægge har to over for hinanden, og parallelt med hinanden beliggende optiske vinduer 5. Bunden 4 er udformet med en cirkelformet fordybning 6, hvori et aflangt cylindrisk legeme 9, fortrinsvis af ferromagnetisk materiale, 35 er placeret liggende og bevægeligt. Legemet 9's længde er mindre end den cirkelformede fordybnings diameter, og dets 2 diameter er højst dobbelt så stor som fordybningen 6's dybde. Endvidere har bunden 4 i bueform forløbende kanaler 7, der strækker sig fra fordybningen 6 hen til reaktionsbeholderens vægge 3 eller hjørner 8 eller begge dele.
5 Ved hjælp af den roterende cylinder 9, dvs. det om rørende organ suges der væske fra randområdet til reaktionsbeholderens centrum. Herved opnås ligeledes en acceleration af gennemblandingen.

- 3 PATENTKRAV. Reaktionsbeholder i form af en kuvette til optiske undersøgelser af små væskemængder, og hvis bund har en cirkelformet fordybning (6) til modtagelse af en horizontalt 5 anbragt magnetomrører, kendetegnet ved, at den cirkelformede fordybning har i bueform forløbende kanaler (7), der strækker sig fra fordybningen (6) hen til reaktionsbeholderens vægge (3) eller hjørner (8) eller begge dele.
