Modular and integrated device (100) (A) for catalytic filtration and denitrification of fumes comprises filtration module (104) comprising at least a filtration unit and a denitrification module (105) comprising several denitrification units. Modular and integrated device (100) (A) for catalytic filtration and denitrification of fumes comprises a filtration module, comprising at least a filtration unit (each comprising an entry fumes to purified ahead, means of filtration (handles of filtration), and an exit of the previously purified fumes), means (201) of supply of the previously purified fumes, without stopping each entry, means of connection selective between the means of supply and entry, means (202) of evacuation of the previously purified fumes, without stopping in each exit, means of selective connection of each exit with the means of evacuation and a catalytic denitrification module comprising several units of denitrification (comprising a first entry of fumes to be denitrified, means of catalytic denitrification, a first exit of the denitrified fumes, second entry means of catalytic denitrification and second exit of evacuation of the products of the regeneration), means (203) of supply of the fumes to denitrifier, without stopping in the first entry, which is put in relation to the means of evacuation of the previously purified fumes and an arrival (13) of a denitrification reagent, means of selective connection between the means of supply and entry, the means (204) of evacuation of the denitrifying fumes, without stopping in the first exit of the means with the means of evacuation, means (205) of arrival of the flow of regeneration, emerging in each second entry of the means of connection (entered selectively from the means of arrival and the second entry), the means (206) of evacuation of the products resulting from the regeneration without stopping in the second exit, means of selective connection of each second exit with the means of evacuation to regenerate and isolate at least a denitrification unit, which is compared to the means from supply of the fumes to denitrify and with the means of denitrifying fumes, while passing it at least in a communication unit at the same time with the means of arrival of the flow of regeneration and with the means of evacuation of the products resulting from the regeneration and the other units are specific to be in a phase of denitrification, by connection of other units at the same time with the means of supply of the fumes with denitrifier and with the means of evacuation of the denitrifying fumes, while isolating the other units compared to the means from arrival flow from regeneration and with the means of the products resulting from the regeneration. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the functioning of (A) comprising feeding the means of supply of the previously purified fumes by means of fumes having 140-250[deg]C (preferably 180-230[deg]C); purifying the previously purified fumes with each filtration unit; mixing the previously purified fumes with a denitrification reagent (ammonia or the solution ammonia in water); introducing the fumes to be denitrified in at least certain denitrification units, while isolating the units compared to the means from arrival of the flow of regeneration and with the means from evacuation of the products of the regeneration; and regenerating periodically at least another denitrification unit by introducing a flow of regeneration having 280-450 (300-350)[deg]C, while isolating at least another unit compared to the means from supply of the fumes with denitrifier and with the means from evacuation of the denitrified fumes; (2) purifying plant of fumes comprising (A) as well as a line (11) of supply of the fumes to be purified, emerging in the means of supply of the previously purified fumes, a line (14) of evacuation of the denitrifying fumes put in communication with the means of evacuation of the denitrified fumes, a line of arrival of a flow of regeneration emerging in the means of arrival of the flow of regeneration, a line (12) of evacuation of the products resulting from the regeneration put in communication has the time with the means of evacuation of the products resulting from the regeneration and with the line of supply of the fumes to be purified; and (3) functioning of purifying plant comprising supplying the flow of regeneration in the means of arrival of flow of regeneration with a flow of 2-15% of the total flow of the denitrifying fumes and recycling together the products resulting from the regeneration and upstreaming (A).
