The present invention relates to a lid, especially for use in containers with liquids deposited therein and of the kind set forth in the preamble of claim 1.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a lid in which, with the lid, holders are formed which hold the product effectively in a lid until the product deposited in the container is to be removed, which lid is material saving, simple and inexpensive to manufacture. .

This object is met by the fact that the initially mentioned lid is peculiar to that of the characterizing part of claim 1. This ensures that no extra retainer is produced, which results in savings in material, production processes, storage, transport and loading work.
