Abstract
Harvesting machine, especially a combine harvester (1) that harvests grain (41) from a field area (40) and transfers it via a top transfer device (3) into a transport container (47). The top transfer device is controlled using two or more positions of the harvester determined using navigation devices. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for determining the top transfer discharge direction of a combine harvester by determining the direction of the combine harvester.
