Abstract
The device has spark gaps (E1,E2) connected the neutral (N) and earth (T), as well as variable resistors (V10, V11, V12) inserted between the lines of the phases and earth. The phase line (ph, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3) and earth (T) are open circuit. The spark gaps include at least two branches mounted in parallel, each having a spark gap (E1, E2) in series with an inductance (l1, l2). The device also has thermal disconnecters, e.g. fuses (DTE1, DTE2), which are sensitive to the state of the arc gaps and are individually associated with each spark gap.
