Abstract

The support (1) holds the extinguisher (2) in place by a band (20) which is placed around the top of the extinguisher. An alarm ( 16) is fixed as part of the support or is located in a tracking position to track the vicinity. Removal or breakage of the securing band around the extinguisher sets off an alarm (16) in the support section. The securing band must be broken to remove the fire extinguisher.
